Relief

Relief flows over you
like an ocean breeze,
cool, refreshing with a lift.
It brushes away the strife
your life was clogged with
that dragged your soul down.

Relief lifts you up
from the depths
that have saddened your soul
making you feel whole again.
Ridding you of the feelings
that have slated your life.

Relief now lifts you
and gone is the emotional turmoil
that blighted your being.
Refreshed you feel
a new wellspring
in which your life can unfold.

Time Is Not Kind

Time brings no relief to me.
I miss him so much and you can't see
each day that comes,
each day that goes
just like the spring and winter snows.
It leaves me with my grief.

Time brings no relief to me.
Where is the time when I can be
without his face
in every place?
I believed the lie that time can heal
and liven up my pace.

But each step I take where he has been
is not a step I'm happy in.
Each day that's born,
each night that leaves
echoes the lie as I grieve.

Infused with a sigh of relief.

Excuses fade away.
Satisfactions come to stay.
Burdens lift to minimize fear.
Or those perceptions once endeared.

To Leave many freed of sought attachments.
And a connection pursued that romances life!
That feels so right and deep with meaning.

Many will seek as pure happiness.
Others will not know this gift for what it is!

The Ultimate Abode Of Peace!

Natural beauty kindles mystical nature to divinity
By the vastness of Universe and depth of blue ocean
Apparently mingling into one at the horizon of globe
Quite absorbing mind, heart and soul by its panorama!

Undergoing all kinds of torture in the mundane world
Man tries to seek relief with drinks and dames at night!
But not getting real relief forever seeks asylum in Art
And finally goes to the abode of Nature for mystical bliss!

As in political rivalry religious differences too irritates
Making one escape from all circles of adversaries here!
Art, literature and Nature according to one's nature
Gives great relief to the seekers of peace and bliss ever!

Nature the source of all creations of life always cools
Mind, heart and soul leading to divine bliss sure ever!

Wa la poetry
Under the mysterious cover

This bank of the river
Breaks to build that
Making and breaking
A song of despair in the air
By that distant river
Leaves the dream in the middle
In the heart forms a cloud dark
Under water fishes cut jokes
Searing sun often comes in life
To give a much sought relief
After the storm

Social Gospels

Are we ready to serve The Lord, in a way that by many goes ignored?
Prepared for ridicule and shame, as we lift up for God only one name,
Shamed for speaking God’s Truth, ridiculed by men in strong reproof,
A Truth comprised from God’s Word, Truth today many haven’t heard.

It is becoming more apparent today; in circles we need a broader way,
Circles who seemingly share belief, but bent on providing others relief,
A social relief to this earthly sod, and all done in the name of our God,
Relief to each and every nation, all to the exclusion of God’s salvation.

Is this that faith Christ spoke of, when He returns from Heaven above?
As He questions with real concern, would He find faith upon His return.
Our faith, when He returns to earth, which evidences our real New Birth,
Which seeks God’s Kingdom above, while sharing Truths He spoke of.

That Gospel we were told to spread, is being changed by men instead,
To one pleasing not God, but men, telling of no need to be born again,
While other faiths they do embrace, making a mockery of God’s Grace,
Dismissing other’s need for Christ, God’s all sufficient atoning sacrifice.
