Melt Your Heart, Lord
In your presence
I can feel your comfort
I know that when i come to you in prayer
You'll listen to my pleas
Touching me in the stillness of the night
Melt your heart Lord
When people are at their lowest point
When children cry because their parents are gone
When sickness comes in the night
And they have nobody to turn to but you
Just melt your heart, Lord
When nobody cares for the old and lonely
To their anguish and pain
Hungry and dying in misery
Leaving a memory of yesterday's glory
Melt your heart, Lord
For the mothers out there

You Give Me Fever
Hey Baby
I think I caught your Bug
Ever since you touched me, Oh
Baby, I’m burning up
I’ve got the sweaty palms
You gave me a hazy sight
The attractions just too strong
Oh, You give me
Butterflies
You Give Me Fever
All through the night
Take my temperature, Oh
You make me flame inside
You Give Me Fever
Oh No Baby, you’re just too much
Help me tame this fire
Cause baby it’s burning up
Hey Baby

Hard snow
The surface was shining with glow
As the sun was lazy and very slow
It had no impact on ground
Everything looked beautiful and sound
It was all white and clad with snow
I have come very close to know
It has steel like quality and stiffness
Though very beautiful with smoothness
Every season there is fresh snowfall
It is beautiful response to the seasonal call
Change over in every season with fresh impetus
Life to be tested in different way thus
We pick many good things from nature
Snow may melt and that is fact for sure
It is natural to be submissive and change
As per environment and manage

Prisma
Rainbows shine pure through spray
of drops, prismatic view
of multi-coloured hue
emerges from the grey.
What seem impressions true
tomorrow melt away.
Dawn's daily spider play
displays silk nets anew,
through diamond stranded dew
lights scintillate, breeze sway –
all things sing echo, clue
interpreting the Way.
Dew's sparkling interplay
between earth, water too,
empowers life; curfew
of night lifts, gifts relay
world’s waking wonder woo,
air slakes thirst, scorns delay.

The Old Song
A livid sky on London
And like the iron steeds that rear
A shock of engines halted
And I knew the end was near:
And something said that far away, over the hills and far away
There came a crawling thunder and the end of all things here.
For London Bridge is broken down, broken down, broken down,
As digging lets the daylight on the suken streets of yore,
The lightning looked on London town, the broken bridge of London
town.
The ending of a broken road where men shall go no more.
I saw the kings of London town,
The kings that buy and sell,
That built it up with penny loaves
And penny lies as well:
And where the streets were paved with gold the shrivelled paper
shone for gold,
The scorching light of promises that pave the streets of hell.

Mock the men that haggled in the grain they did not grow;

Leaves Of Grass. A Carol Of Harvest For 1867
A SONG of the good green grass!
A song no more of the city streets;
A song of farms--a song of the soil of fields.
A song with the smell of sun-dried hay, where the nimble pitchers
handle the pitch-fork;
A song tasting of new wheat, and of fresh-husk'd maize.
For the lands, and for these passionate days, and for myself,
Now I awhile return to thee, O soil of Autumn fields,
Reclining on thy breast, giving myself to thee,
Answering the pulses of thy sane and equable heart,
Tuning a verse for thee. 10
O Earth, that hast no voice, confide to me a voice!
O harvest of my lands! O boundless summer growths!
O lavish, brown, parturient earth! O infinite, teeming womb!
A verse to seek, to see, to narrate thee.

Split Open And Melt
In the morning I pack up my gear
and toss it in my carryall
Run the wide load to the lip
and watch the big core crack and glow
In the evening I undo my belt
Split open and melt
I wake up on my stomach
with my face between my hands
and crawl along the floor toward the doorway
Jumping to my feet
I try to put myself together
but I feel it in my knees
and the room begins to spin
and I slip and bump my head and raise a welt
Split open and melt
We breathe deep
in a steam dream
and plunge below the water line
down, down, down
between beams

Don't Blame Me
(dorothy fields, jimmy mchugh)
Don't blame me
For falling in love with you.
I'm under your spell
But how can i help it?
Don't blame me.
Can't you see
When you do the things you do
If i can't conceal
The thrill that i'm feeling,
Don't blame me.
I can't help it
If that doggone moon above
Makes me need
Someone like you to love.
Blame your kiss
As sweet as a kiss can be,
And blame all your charms
That melt in my arms,
But don't blame me.
