Santa Claus Lane
I remeber last Christmas Eve
Something happened that I couldn't believe
I went for a walk as the snow came down
And when it stopped I was in a different town
And the sign said have no fear; your not lost your here!
Walk in this Christmas
Down santa claus lane
No need to wonder
No need to explain
Just have soime faith in what you see
Your right here where you wanna be
Walk in this Christmas
Down santa claus lane
Down Santa Claus Lane
Elves were standing in the street
Snow men and reindeer came out to greet
Silver bells chimed frim far away
As santa rode by on an open sleigh

Here Comes Santa Claus
(words & music by autry - haldeman)
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Right down santa claus lane.
Vixen, blitzen, all his reindeer
Pulling on the reins.
Bells are ringing, children singing,
All is merry and bright.
Hang your stockings and say a prayer,
'cause santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He's got a bag that's filled with toys
For boys and girls again.
Hear those sleigh bells jingle jangle,
What a beautiful sight.
Jump in bed and cover up your head,
Because santa claus comes tonight.
Here comes santa claus, here comes santa claus,
Riding down santa claus lane.
He doesn't care if you're a rich or poor boy,

Memory Lane
This is the place
You end up when
You lose the chase
Where you're dragged against your will
From a basement on the hill
And all anybody knows is
You're not like them
They kick you in the head
And send you back to bed
Isolation pulled you past a tunnel to a
Bright world where you can make a place to stay
But everybody's scared of this place
They're staying away
Your little house on memory lane
The mayor's name is fear
His force patrols the pier
From a mountain of cliche
That advances everyday
The doctor spoke of cloud
He rained out loud

You're The Ticket
(keith follese/wade kirby/jess brown)
I wanna be the one sittin' next to you
On your mama's front porch swing
Feel like the guy that gets the girl
On a forty-foot silver screen
I wanna steal a kiss when we stop
At the top of a great big ferris wheel
I wanna know how good that feels
I wanna be a red corvette
Rolling down a two-lane road
With the top rolled back and no speed limit
I wanna be a midnight plane
Headin' down to key biscayne
Livin' life and lovin' every minute
And you're the ticket
I wanna be the kid in the candy store
With a new twenty dollar bill
Wanna walk in the sand holdn' your hand
With nothin' but time to kill
Roll the dice when i need a seven

Strolling On The Memory Lane
oh, i went to memory lane
too,
i've seen much already.
i come back to what i am
and what i have become,
i hold on to my vision,
my dreams
i write about hope, and
imagine
my future, another 20 years,
another 30 years more,
i pray,
the memory lane is black and white
and then

Deep Down The Memory Lane
Deep down the memory lane
I still think of you
Though you may have forgotten me
Yet I think of you
I know there had been promises unkept
and many wishes unfulfilled
Yet deep down the memory lane
I still think of you
There had been lot of fightings
and lot of faults in me
They really have stiffled you
and made u cry to agony
I know it was my weakness
that made you go away
I was the only reason
that made ur love deplete

The Plains of Lane
The Plains of Lane
Are golden and sane
Grace is in her lips
Humor is in her hips
How majestic is her splendor?
How lovely are her flowers?
Her image is magnificent to the beholder
Her Passion never sours
She leads the other lands with Grace
Her spirit of laughter gives her the edge
All the lands are blessed by her face
Her love and humor are to acknowledge
Creatures find strength and refuge in Lane
The presence of the one there is ever strong
Many people come there to belong
In the magnificent, majestic plains of Lane

Lonely Lane
Pain is coarsing through my mind
Like blood running through my vein.
And I still walk that lonely lane.
Where my memories still rain.
On the brink
I take a drink
Until my body's numb.
Feeling like Tom Thumb.
So small.
This backstreet bum
That used to have a brain
- Now a blind man with a cane.
I walk that lonely lane.
I pick a fight
This gallant knight
With blood upon his hands
Claims no one understands.
Love doesn't hurt
- It brands.
Like Van Gogh

The Lane
Some day, I think, there will be people enough
In Froxfield to pick all the blackberries
Out of the hedges of Green Lane, the straight
Broad lane where now September hides herself
In bracken and blackberry, harebell and dwarf gorse.
To-day, where yesterday a hundred sheep
Were nibbling, halcyon bells shake to the sway
Of waters that no vessel ever sailed ...
It is a kind of spring: the chaffinch tries
His song. For heat it is like summer too.
This might be winter's quiet. While the glint
Of hollies dark in the swollen hedges lasts -
One mile - and those bells ring, little I know
Or heed if time be still the same, until
The lane ends and once more all is the same.

The Monotony Of A Vicious Circle
when you run in a circle
you arrive at nowhere
you pass by the same
lane over and over again
so to kill this monotony
you build your own set of
fences and walls with the
end that even if you pass
on the same lane over and
over again somehow the
walls may create the
illusion of a border the fence
an illusion of height so
that you may then claim
that you have hurdled an
obstruction passed a
hard test survived a
certain difficult trial
which you have
