Koi
Chinese Carp swimming
in prestigious ornamental tank
prestige purchased expensively
for luck for tradition for prestige.
If you were ravenously hungry
would you eat lucky carp?
Would starving poor people
among you eat it gladly?
Koi - a carp with red-gold or white coloring, kept as an aquarium or ornamental pond fish. Native to Japan and temperate regions of East Asia.
Latin name: Cyprinus carpio

Poetry
My soul my catalyst to my rhythmic rhyme
My internal clarinet, oboe and lyre play
Throughout my mind lost in time
From its musical notes I draw my pain
To paint in color and vivid passion
Poetry for beauty and beauty for gain
My Allegro, Adagio, Rondo Allegio
Sewn in symphony coloring me
Playing colorfully in my poetic concerto
The supreme art tincturing tuning poetry
In harmony with my soul's song
Composing sweetly a new song in me

Contemplating an Unknown Love
A flush of emotion runs into my vein
A sweet murmur, a vociferous rush
Cries to my heart, cries to my pain
Amelioration! Coloring my blush
A sweet pink, for pink to lavish
O sweet sentiment, from my soul soil
Thou grow freely and my features ravish
And tenderize me in thy modest boil
Melting me into me for I may be
The elixir thou brew, the life I drink
As I contemplate thy light in me
And brood upon what my soul doth think
The mystery which befuddle me most
Unknown love and its profound dose

Eyes...........
I captured your frame the moment I had seen,
I draw the fence around to keep you, mine,
I strengthen the security painting the lashes,
Coloring the boundary with reflective bases,
I close the entrance whenever you are noticed,
Safe in the pupil and comfortable in my heart,
I will not let you to see other naked tiers,
I will not let you to drown in the well of hot tears,
I will not use foreign materials to make you drowsy,
As you are there in my eyes, I never behave flimsy.

Spring In Bloom
Spring has came and open
It's doors
Peeping it's head from
Beyond the cloud
Whistling away the winter
As the spring is in bloom
The
Blossoms of red, white and
Pink
Covers the grasslands so
Beautiful it glaze
With all the
Different hues of colours
Sweeping and swaying
With the wind
Love is in the air while

Traces Of Time
Anchored to nowhere,
Blank pages upon my mind,
A word or two of stillness,
Scribbled blindly in the fog...
Companion of phrase,
Tiptoes furtively out the back door
Becoming fearful of stumbling
While rhyme and reason
Slip senselessly through the floor...
Unlimited dullness,
Swaggering with a meaningful gait,
Enters the flattened obscurity,
Deepening within intervals of silence...
Disconnected illusions,
Thin and shriveled at the edges,
Trailing a flutter of withered leaves,
Coloring the traces of Time...

Coloring Book
Each picture is heartbreakingly banal,
a kitten and a ball of yarn,
a dog and bone.
The paper is cheap, easily torn.
A coloring book's authority is derived
from its heavy black lines
as unalterable as the ten commandments
within which minor decisions are possible:
the dog black and white,
the kitten gray.
Under the picture we find a few words,
a title, perhaps a narrative,
a psalm or sermon.
But nowhere do we come upon
a blank page where we might justify
the careless way we scribbled
when we were tired and sad
and could bear no more.

Children's Dream
I remember
The time when I was a child
With my friends together
And the dream about the world
Coloring our days
How I was impressed
By the blue sea
And the swimming fish
By the green leaves
And rising flowers
And now
If I remember it
It seems too far away
The dream of a sincere child
Which will never come
Will the world get gloomier?
As children’s dream got to vanish
Cause the world

The Babbling Brook
clearest water flows gently
along and over my naked feet
the touch of its almost tacit sound
deafening beauty for a calming mind
thousands of tiny goosebumps
showing the numerous surprising shivers
trying to make sense
the softest sofa of fresh leaves and little twigs
spread a narcotic palette of autumn perfumes
coloring the signals of my soul
a generous friendly fire of chestnuts and acorns
compose a beat and feel of rhythm of the forests
tapping on my shoulder and head
changing every breath that I take
while softly knocking
at future's door

In Them
Another promenade of a sorority,
Bringing out their show around their water fountains,
Preening and attempting their peonies—
They love their football teams—
Entire parking lots of them,
And there elbows bend away like the hemisphere—
Growing through the stained glass of the churches
Of their universities—
To end up as trophy wives—
Somehow there are too many of them to number,
And they sing together in the afternoon on
Weekends—
They know nothing of astronomy, yet they are up there—
Like vanishing pictures in the coloring books
Of girls who are too old now to find
Any understanding in them at all.
