Ice
Pound the ice with your layers of skin,
At the edge of screaming agony,
Forcing the convictions,
Going fuzzy in mind,
Making the blankets,
Bleeding with strictness,
And being better memory.
I try to pause for a moment,
Keeping numbers and letters
In my secrets and concepts.
I always test those ice-breakers
As they are machine-guns of anger.
My lead is my fire, my iron accuses
As the thrift of the pen has occurred.
Already, the small mirror shatters
Along the fiery plane,
Asking us a sanctuary
That bleeds like the heart.

Opinions Matter
Certain convictions clear the thoughts,
Their prefects in our lesson are bolder
And far by the worthy children
That think they are clever,
Those who might live among others.
Opinions have been a raised suspicion,
Had not the beginning of opinionated reasoning
been a solver of disputations,
Whilst the lead has taken event and effort
To quickly take a leverage over opinion.
Opinions mattered to physicists, a men who are also women,
Their share in household affairs are to persevere in the physics,
Then I amount to religion as my partner in criminal prosecution,
In the chemistry I relate to my being.

The Go - Between
must i tell you that we have arrived
at the same frame? the irresistible force
has arrived at the
immovable wall and then
you, heroine, horse,
goddess, magic wand,
chalk,
whatever you pretend to be
or want to impress
us to be,
the solver of the problem
the conflict mediator
buffering medium
it's been years and we are at a stalemate
invite us, and we shall not attend
if i were the immovable
the other is the irresistible

Mahatma Gandhi
A great person of peace,
Who to all wars called a cease,
And who prevented bloodshed,
And who India to freedom led.
A lawyer who was in Africa,
And who racial discrimination saw,
He solved the problem there,
And then, he, Indian problems laid bare.
He fought using non-violence,
In senseless people he put sense,
He led India to greatness,
And he India thus did bless.
He pushed the British out of our land,
To the ordinary people he lent a hand,
A greater person never did walk this earth,
To a greater person never did India give birth.

Laughter and Compassion
Laughter and Compassion
Goes hand in hand
Are good medicine for the heart and mind
Not a direct problem solver but reduces stress
For I laughed at one's interpretation of POS
Of another's sarcasm
A cuddling party feels good
Laughter and Compassion
How I laughed and laughed
The laughter relaxed my body
The compassion rested my mind
Follows understanding
Without judgment
My shell broke free
Laughter and Compassion
To have compassion is to be human
During times of despair needed most
A hug

The Delight of Crossword Puzzles
Since 1913 the crosswords have beguiled our minds,
Moreover, giving our word power a needed boost.
So our lexicon goes thru nimbleness of all kinds,
Searching dearly to come up with words of little use.
Of course every solver has his own personal style,
So as to enjoy the commonly encountered sense of awe.
Completing the corners first may award you a smile,
As the central clues are allowed time to fully thaw.
It's said these games have stimulated us for a hundred years,
Guiding us along from social studies and current events,
To virtually trekking the north and south hemispheres,
And keeping our minds dancing over segments of suspense.
May these games continue to stoke the flames of human wit,
While employing a hint of humor to coax us to deeper study.
Enjoying the endless border crossings with no need for permit,
We cross the world's deserts and swamps never getting muddy.

The Essence Of My Being
Who I never wanted to be…
a cynic,
an instigator,
an attacker,
defeated,
afraid,
mean,
primitive,
self-destructive,
a terrorist,
a killer,
a destroyer,
brainwashed,
a victim,
abused,
damaged goods,
abandoned,
disrespected,
ashamed,
superwoman,

The World isn't Limited In My Escapes
Being of a problem solver
Their is things I just love.
Like a challenge of the impossible.
A million variables effects it.
Beyond words can it be explained.
Sometimes it drives me the point of nearly going insane.
Fixing a computer that would otherwise be trashed and considered unfix-able by the pro's.
Fixing a dvd player that disc won't spin because it does not sit level.
Creating a stereo out of an old computer speakers, a walk man, a subwoofer, and a weather band radio.
Creating a program that produces html templates.
Creating a program that produces css designs.
Learning as many computer languages as possible.
The list is very long from the calculus equations of circuit boards design.
To the binary code read and converted to hex.
Then assembly grabs a hold and the operating system comes to be.
Knowledge to the infinity in bounds and limits.
The internet is created as a library of fact and fiction.
Learning to write stories as my own.
In both line and paragraph form.
Being color blind and learning to put the puzzle pieces together by shape.

On Being a Poet
When Hafiz
sang the poetry in his heart
in the beautiful gardens of Shiraz
they said his voice was like
pouring light into a cup
when the soul is thirsty
so no-one wrote it down; for
the page does not always sing;
better now, to seek out an old woman
who had heard Hafiz when she was young,
ask her to speak those verses
as she remembered them
or even to ask her grandchild
who remembered the light
of his voice in her grandmother’s eyes.
Because Hafiz

On Religion
And an old priest said, 'Speak to us of Religion.'
And he said:
Have I spoken this day of aught else?
Is not religion all deeds and all reflection,
And that which is neither deed nor reflection, but a wonder and a surprise ever springing in the soul, even while the hands hew the stone or tend the loom?
Who can separate his faith from his actions, or his belief from his occupations?
Who can spread his hours before him, saying, 'This for God and this for myself; This for my soul, and this other for my body?'
All your hours are wings that beat through space from self to self.
He who wears his morality but as his best garment were better naked.
The wind and the sun will tear no holes in his skin.
