Quotes about rail, page 15
The Moment
..and then i discover
what a moment is
it is like a stair
each time when i take the step
when i hold the rail on its side
when i savor what
warmth and hardness is
when i gaze upon a step that i put
upon another
wood
and then on another
looking only whenever i take it
no longer beyond
or after
and without knowing
i have reached the door and into
my room
i enter where i am met by

What Are We? A Monsoon Wind
we are just the monsoon wind
that comes and then goes
what we have here
what we obtain with labor and store and adore
we leave them all here
the trees and the fields
the gardens and the flowers
the roof and the rail of the stair
the carpet on the floor
the rings in our hands
dates embedded on the tombs
we all leave them here and they may not
even remember
we wish change and change may come
and the world may even be more beautiful to feel and see
we may catch the glow but then in a moment we are all gone

Hell
Like the clack of the track
The rhythm goes on and on
The rail runs cold into the black
Away into a sunset for all
The clouds are white, turning black
All fear thrives along with our sins
Pushing away it's just a fact
They come back haunting over and over again
Four best words, just an excuse
The reasons dwell pure under my realm
For just a pleasure people I reduce
Clouds my eyes in a film
The whistle blows cold to the air
The train shudders, decreases, and stops

Sweetheart
Sweetheart, that thou art fair I know,
More fair to me
Than flowers that make the loveliest show
To tempt the bee.
When other girls, whose faces are,
Beside thy face,
As rushlights to the evening star,
Deny thy grace,
I silent sit and let them speak,
As men of strength
Allow the impotent and weak
To rail at length.
If they should tell me Love is blind,
And so doth miss
The faults which they are quick to find,
I'd answer this:

Gone Into The Wind
Gone into the wind, broken back and an overflowing cup.
Creatures filling up there cars, and monsters under my bed
A lost imagination gripping to life on the rail.
Cold wind blows, and leaves me here.
No where to go, but to the bottle
Soaking in a vast amount of liquor
Which ever way is the quicker,
How far to the river, can I go on foot.
Or will the wind blow me back in a narcotic dream
Filled with women and beer,
I just wanna be alone for awhile.
Until the wind comes back to bother me.
Gone into the wind. I came back from it again.

The Division Superintendent
Baffled he stands upon the track
The automatic switches clack.
Where'er he turns his solemn eyes
The interlocking signals rise.
The trains, before his visage pale,
Glide smoothly by, nor leave the rail.
No splinter-spitted victim he
Hears uttering the note high C.
In sorrow deep he hangs his head,
A-weary-would that he were dead.
Now suddenly his spirits rise
A great thought kindles in his eyes.
Hope, like a headlight's vivid glare,
Splendors the path of his despair.

Elian
Poverty in the mist of riches,
And like the final nail in the coffin!
But my name is Elian to make a point,
For history is all that we know now.
No pay check can even motivate me,
As far as making people's lives better!
For i do feel the heat of the poor masses,
And like the trail which is on the rail.
Heartfelt grief and the stories of a recorded history,
But who cares about the plight of the poor? ! !
And life at times is like,
A Sultan's wealth from the oil;
And, with a battle in the Boitech Labs!
But we are marooned with a missing course.

A Lunatic Lady
Along the canal bank
And harvested field,
She roams, with a mind
That had slid from its rail.
Her muddy skirt
And brownish hairs
Flutter in the salty wind,
Like the flags of insanity.
Lonely nights, fire burns
On the distant banks;
Wind smell does tell
She barbecues canal fish.
"During the windy seasons,
Lunacy is let loose" -
Her night shrieks and shouts
Are thus neglected in village logic.

Dress may deceive
No, no, no, do not look like saint
Act and not behave like saint and this is just hint
Dress may deceive talks may fail
Two different tracks on rail
Saints life is not easy to lead
It must be difficult to read
Still see it as reality and fact
Noble life to lead and act
No need to show it to others
Not to pretend and not to bother
After all it is how you have understood
Chosen the path not from fear to obtain food
Live like an ordinary and humble
Stick to thoughts and never tumble
He may take note of your service
You shall be heavenly born upon demise

Happiness
Who does not like
Red of dawn, bed of sky
Spring of sun, strings of rain
Twinkling night, lulling sleep..?
Who does not like
Pile of flowers, smile of hills
Vale of woods, scales of serene
Sail, rail, so so trial..?
Who does not like
Babes and pets, cuisine and convene
Passion for fashion, fantasy-fascination
Style, mode, flair..?
Who does not like
Wealth and health, dwelling and long living
Kith and kin, friends and folks
Family, phratry, pedigree..?
Who does not like
Felicity, beatitude, spirit and service
Loving infirm, disabled, abandoned and complacency
