Quotes about soaked, page 14

In A Sombre Mood

Are you sure after the sunset
the hunger will find the mouths
in black alley?

I go to my ailing land.
Stand on a mass grave.
No faces, No names.

Brother, I am not bickering
I am listing on my fingers.

Was it possible that we could
count the virgins in the town?

Mudslinging starts. Who was not
corrupt? The prevailing conjugation.
How you will tell your kid who
was your mother?

I become restless, tossing around.

Goodbye

Far is the way next to the path, i never find anyway - Blood is soaked on my road, i never can turn away - I gather not a twig, i am a vine to the ugliest thorns - Scarred to deep, wounds that bleed shallow, i turn my back, inside the cracks of my mirror - Do you hear my screams, i am calling myself, i fear to be scared of my name - Black does not know the color displayed by my soul, black does not hear an ear to my cries - When i look up to the skies, the only words i have, rains the pain to goodbye

Without Rains their are no Rainbows

Dark days lonely nights
soaked from the rain from day to day
the only time not pounded by rain is
when i'm asleep
my dreams seem unbreakable
thought run threw my head
as i wake they all float away
then the rain clouds come back
depression sorrow in my heart
thought o so many things
make my head hurts my heart breaks
everyday thinking of the rain the follows me
i keep telling myself the one day a rainbow will appear in
the sky and happiness will fill my heart once again untill then
im surrounded by the rain

Lavender

while we are too busy
acting all tidy
flawless.

they drag along with them
the stink of a society
that has forgotten
what it is to stink.

they pick up
we dropp down.

hunching their backs to the dirt of culture
cleaning up after the remains
of our consumed pleasures.

we dropp down
they pick up.

they used to be merely grown men

No-Fly Zone!

My tattoo bird returned from the Libyan sky
And rest on my back again.
In the middle of the night
I hear her whisper.
'Oh! My wings were soaked with fumes
And I am really dizzy.
An inferno and fury
And the whole country
Like a furnace!
Then I said; 'Open the windows
And blow off the lantern soon
Otherwise we too get exploded.
I have given you much freedom
And the time has come to cage you now? '

So Did My Heart

So did my heart in the futile gobbet
Spreading words and built castles in the air
Simmering messages, grasped and sniffed
Down there, the intimacy and teething desire
Proverbed

If I don't leave by photographs
I will lust
I need your pale face displayed
By the foot
And take hold of you
All day every day

So did my heart swallowing song lines
A refined retrospect in dunes
That heart rocking in vain
Promised deepen a promising will
But hmm....uh...disbarred
And shamefully soaked in rains
So did my heart covered in seaweeds

Suicide! !

Suicide
It's all i think about
Suicide
Can't get it out
Suicide
So hard to resist
Suicide
resist the urge to slit my wrist
Suicide
wishing i had a gun
Suicide
all i have is a small razor
Suicide
so i drag the blade across my legs and arms
Suicide
wishing to do myself much more harm
Suicide
and i wake soaked in blood
Suicide
cuts all over my body

Catastrophe? for JT ellison

He spoke in deep heart rending tones
which stirred the marrow of your bones.
Of the great sorrow that he bore,
he would know happiness no more.
Whilst busy with some lawful task
he’d slipped and broken his hip flask.
His whisky soaked into the ground.
There was no solace to be found
Unless of course some kindly soul
would volunteer to pay the toll
to have his whisky flask renewed.
Earn his undying gratitude
But we who’d heard his tale before
paid no attention any more.

Soaked Streets

Pictures etched to catch,
A depthness then hung...
Shows mist and drizzle drawn.
A forecast of gray clouds,
Displayed above floors of parquet.
And parlayed behind closed doors...
Appears to come to those in conference.
Bearing surreal rainstorms to drench,
Until done!
Although some had eyes sparkling of brightness,
Captured.
Others carried tears,
When they looked away.
Knowing this exhibit conveyed,
Too many reminders.
Too many had known...
They had already walked,
Soaked streets wet with sorrows...
Few knew.
But realism comes.

Moonlight Rain

Sitting in the the moonlight rain.
My life is headed down the drain.
You called and said your love for me is broke and dead.
Now I sit in moonlight rain.
A gun held tight to blow my brains.
No where to go, no where to hide.
From the pain I feel inside.
Drowing in this moonlight rain.
Shall I ever feel the sun again?
The days we had, the days we knew.
Now are cast in rain soaked blue.
Moonlight rain has dowsed the flame.
Of a once true filled love with shame.
Eternal night now fills the void,
endless sorrow no room for joy.
