Quotes about rail, page 12
Bar-Maid Sent
she spins the glass
knows that guns blazing
he'll come soon
at the ante-room
to the crematorium and bar
the pale rider
for no-one special
just another regular
who'll exit
lit-up by the fruit-machine
to the hitching-rail outside
where
hooves ascrape in the parking-lot
awaits his final ride

Punctuality
A rider in life timely by sun
Bus, flight, rail, sail, strides
Content with objective appraisal
Point to point
A charecter personalized
Of comportment to conduct the self certified
Abstentious of iniquity
Point to point
A personality manifested
Of promptitude to hold sanity
Steadfast on virtuosity, humility
Point to point

It was a Grave, yet bore no Stone
876
It was a Grave, yet bore no Stone
Enclosed 'twas not of Rail
A Consciousness its Acre, and
It held a Human Soul.
Entombed by whom, for what offence
If Home or Foreign born—
Had I the curiosity
'Twere not appeased of men
Till Resurrection, I must guess
Denied the small desire
A Rose upon its Ridge to sow
Or take away a Briar.

Ode to Phylicia
With both hands held
tightly to the rail,
you looked over the room
like a land baron overseeing
his vineyard.
From your cradled space
you paced from one end
to the other, unaided;
your countenance plastered
with self-reliance
and determination.
This was long time before
you played Tinkerbell
or made the Honor Roll
but a father could see
your brilliance gleaming.

March
I See the snow-drops flutter
Their white wings in the gale.
I hear the robin utter
On high his gallant tale.
Look where the rash wind chases
With clouds the climbing sun!
The day makes merry faces—
Gaily her gray steeds run.
The bare brown trees are swinging,
The curled waves roll and rail.
Ho!—madcap Spring comes singing
On frosty Winter's trail!

Green Eyed Monster
First they adore you
Try to explore you
Start to imitate you
Are disasters, mostly blew
Wear cobalt, they bring rail blue
Dress aside, now it's the same shoe
Then comes interesting part
You become the nail in their heart
What you can, they can Overdo
Are green eyed monsters, who envies you
Treat them just like a seasonal flu
Which end its self, before one knew.

A Train Wreck Near Lovelost
Steam blasts out a torn boiler heart
Shredded metal thoughts ooze oil
Boxcar, Jackknife emotions, like twisted art
Screeching, cataclysmic noise; pressured, recoils,
from concrete, loco motive, memories
smashed against pillars of doubt
Irony here busts in a train of jeers
separated pieces from the Lovelost rail route
Iron gears rust in a rain of tears

Occasioned By Some Verses of His Grace the Duke of Buckingham
Muse, 'tis enough: at length thy labour ends,
And thou shalt live, for Buckingham commends.
Let Crowds and Critics now my verse assail,
Let Dennis write, and nameless numbers rail:
This more than pays whole years of thankless pain;
Time, health, and fortune are not lost in vain.
Sheffield approves, consenting Phoebus bends,
And I and Malice from this hour are friends.

I know Fashion
I know fashion
Models posing, critics complaining,
Celebs shopping, paparazzi stalking
I know fashion
Perfume scents fill the air, bling-bling glistens everywhere,
Cameras flash here and there, diet pills popped everywhere
I know fashion
“I wana be like her”, “These rail thin models”
“The camera loves ya! ”, “Let’s go Shopping! ”
I know fashion

Miraculous
Miraculous, callous, is, Carlos, car, soul, am, Sam, Ira, sour, slam, on, Rio!
But the great lights are here waiting for you;
And like your muse of love in the garden of peace.
Miraculous, Louis, Louisa, Lucas, Luca, coil, oil, soil, rail, sail, mail, is, ours, Laos!
And of the great lights of your love;
For the earth is above the waters and,
I have my outstretched arms towards you my love.
