Quotes about fickle, page 12
Fool's Love' by Talile Ali
hippity hoppity
flippity floppity
dancing the days away
pretty faces and pretty eyes
paving a rosey way
the best words, the finest hours
intentions gone astray
filling each aspect with investigation
hours to days, months to years
unrequited invitations
heart's dashed to fickle fate
consideration a supplication
corrigated in some insane
aggrevation
oh baby, i confess. i'm a mess in
fool's love
hippity hoppity
FLIPPITY FLOPPITY
ARGHHHHHHH!

Don't Leave Me Alone
Don’t leave me alone,
This dark cold night,
Don’t leave me alone,
In this freezing fright,
Don’t leave me alone,
With only myself,
My sanity a fickle friend,
Who’ll soon leave,
And take my peace,
A peace, which only you restore,
So don’t leave me alone,
In the dark cold night,
Don’t leave me alone,
With this freezing fright,
Don’t leave me alone,
With what I behold in my sight,
A life with out you,
And many a freezing night.

Feast or Famine
Neither feast nor famine
should show its fickle face.
The wine for some
and for most just a trace.
A few bitter drops of bitter liquid
lapped up by their thirst
and why?
Because others must come first?
And who decides this unfair thing?
Must not be the one whose praises we sing.
And who shall stop this unfair thing?
Must not be any that call themselves King.
Neither feast nor famine
should ever be allowed.
And those that feast should hunger
and feed the starving crowd.

Unfulfilled Dreams
The best laid plans of mice and men.
Are often foiled by circumstance.
Undaunted though we try again.
We are convinced there is a chance.
That things will change and re arrange.
So in due course will succeed.
Although I find it passing strange.
That circumstances can impede.
The plans we made so carefully.
There's nothing we can do but wait.
As best we can; impatiently.
It all depends on fickle fate.
It matters not how hard we try.
The best laid plans gang oft awry.

Love Without Heart
Feel the premonition
before a harrowing love story;
transported your mind near
a malicious face. she'll bring a murky night,
throttle you! don't forget my friends….
She become a petal of petulant,
You'll turn to as a member of
Sarcastic family. you have to cast away her
as her fickle love makes your life solvable.
carry out some responsibilities and say!
Feel! A glade way, the love without heart!
Create a tabula rasa for her! For your life!
Feel it! do it!

“See saw Libra”
Yes, I’m a “See Saw Libra”
Yet, balance is my utmost goal
Scales of justice must be even
To gain redemption of my soul
It’s true I’m prone to extremes
And known for amazing swings
Some would see me as quite fickle
In truth I’m not one who clings
Virtues include insight n’ astuteness
Some say that I’m a “Know it All”
Lord knows I bite my tongue enough
‘Lest on me bad karma should befall
Yes, I’m a “See-Saw Libra”
Unique as stripes on a zebra

The Forgiving Society, ....
he accepts his dishonesty & by doing
so he has become another virtuous man in town
people embrace him
welcoming a new brother
it was only that little spot unstretchable
that he situated himself but all is gone now
forgiven &
sometimes she wonders how easily was it done
the stains he left on her are still there
enumerable, the children hate him, and time
have been too long to institute the repair
ah, here is society, fickle and amnesiac
over things badly done
rough on sand.

Forgotten
So many friends disappear
the reason never clear
Was it my broken poetic voice
or simply their cold hard choice
Did I something wrong imply
or did their love of my words merely die
they just turned, and walked away
without even a goodbye to say
Friends are fickle
once raging rivers of praise and love
run down to not even a trickle
a wave, or a last hug
If one true friend you find, anywhere
Thank God, and pray
They won't forget you
Even if they someday, turn and walk away

Rings
Little fragile, Flimsy bands,
Worn on shapely hands,
More despair to men have brought,
Than all the battles ever fought
Still bestowal of a ring,
Has more joy contrived to bring
In one ne'er-recurring hour,
Than have knoledge, wealth or pow'r
Little emblem of Romance!
Wherein thy significance?
Gold? Most fickle metel known!
Diamond? Coldest, hardest stone!
Whereas plain gold wedding bands,
Gracious caring, work-worn hands,
Countless home sustain and bless
With real and happiness.

The Frosty Poets Lonely Road
Two paths in the yellow woods,
said the Frosty poet should,
we travel the beaten road?
or shall we brave the lonely path?
the path of Artists Thieves and Rulers
Where our path will lead us
none shall know,
Until we get there we shan't but guess our future,
for the Artist's muse is fickle,
the Thieves' mark secure,
and the Ruler's people irate,
we who travel the lonely path,
will sow our own specific seed,
and should we persist and perceive,
we shall reap the fruits indeed.
