Quotes about sorrowful, page 11

Aedh gives his Beloved certain Rhymes
Fasten your hair with a golden pin,
And bind up every wandering tress;
I bade my heart build these poor rhymes:
It worked at them, day out, day in,
Building a sorrowful loveliness
Out of the battles of old times.
You need but lift a pearl-pale hand,
And bind up your long hair and sigh;
And all men's hearts must burn and beat;
And candle-like foam on the dim sand,
And stars climbing the dew-dropping sky,
Live but to light your passing feet.

on your 2nd anniversary (11th Oct.2008)
On your 2nd anniversary (11th Oct.2008)
Oh, how time plays tricks on a sorrowful heart
And how it appears to save then casts adrift
And how it magnifies a straw into a saving raft
And how it turns a ray of hope into a golden sun
And how it compresses two years into a day
And how it stretches them to feel like eternity
And how the future waxes and wanes
And how it draws near then flees away
And how the events of that fateful day
Stay ever fresh in my memory.

Growth
I watched the glory of her childhood change,
Half-sorrowful to find the child I knew,
(Loved long ago in lily-time),
Become a maid, mysterious and strange,
With fair, pure eyes - dear eyes, but not the eyes I knew
Of old, in the olden time!
Till on my doubting soul the ancient good
Of her dear childhood in the new disguise
Dawned, and I hastened to adore
The glory of her waking maidenhead,
And found the old tenderness within her deepening eyes,
But kinder than before.

O sweet song of sorrow play thy song in me
O sweet song of sorrow play thy song in me
Lonely, alone with thee, in perfect harmony
Sorrow don't ever leave me; I need thy loyalty
Without thy sweet song, I am nothing, with no sympathy
Without thy empathy, breathing in me, sorrow thou art beauty
The beauty in me, so weep thy soul in me
And in thy sweet cry, my soul shall flow free
To thine heart, to thine love, to thine eternal glory
Sorrow, sweet sorrow, thou play thy song in me
Me as sorrowful, as thy soul's sorrow be…

A prince wasn't born with a silver spoon
It's very hard to pronounce and the prince's name is Legerdemain.
His patchy wallet contains a picture of Madonna and full of rubbish.
He is not a cherub it seems.
The scars of his wrist a handiwork like tattoos of different handcuffs he wore.
His Pidgin English and the moisten heart
Does somebody could understand?
Then he will be surprised.
He is a pickpocket and one day he found his deceased mother's photo
In a stolen wallet and he said goodbye to his sorrowful career.

Autumn
Autumn days are here
Autumn Days filled with fear
Woeful shadows of the war
Took away the peace out of the souls
Nothingness is all that we own
The souls are bared of patience
Yet the poverty ebbed the spirits are pale howeling surges
Cradling upon altars covered with white veil
Autumn time used to be always sad
But this time it came in blues
This time the awesome colors of leaves are lost
Ah Alas, , this time autumn came wearing sullen, sorrowful came wearing blacks

A Ghost And A Dream
Rain will fall on the fading flowers,
Winds will blow through the dripping tree,
When Fall leads in her tattered Hours
With Death to keep them company.
All night long in the weeping weather,
All night long in the garden grey,
A ghost and a dream will talk together
And sad are the things they will have to say:
Old sad things of the bough that's broken;
Heartbreak things of the leaf that's dead;
Old sad things no tongue hath spoken;
Sorrowful things no man hath said.

Their meaningless laughter
The other day I had had, The smell of spellbound emitted from her love, That made me sorrowful and as a dead man later on, But the blooming flowers were laughing and told at last- 'You are in a state of being intoxicated...try to get out of obsession.'
My question was to them-
Do you know that scientist Einstein were fall in love too?
They again laugh and laugh, Meaningless laughter.
I was inflamed and so shouted- 'stop your laughter, You are emitting illusions too, I know.

Silent Night
Staring at the moon and the stars above
All night long
Singing a beautiful song
All alone.
I'm wondering
If I could be the stars
That glitter smiles
In your sorrowful eyes.
Wish I could be the moonlight
That shines so bright
In the darkest hours
Of your life.
The calmness of the night,
Ponder for a moment
whether I could make you mine
And enjoy the rest
Of your love.

Shattered Dream...
I sit alone peering into the darkness of night,
Waiting and wanting you to come back to me,
To be engulfed once more by your sweet embrace,
Yet I know my dream is to be unfulfilled,
Since you have gone from this life,
Pain cuts deep into my heart like a dagger,
I cannot see an ending to this agony,
For it grows deeper and more sorrowful each day,
I cry myself to sleep each and every night,
Hoping upon hope that morning shall never return...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...
