Of Love And It's Ways
Of love and it's ways little I seem to know
Though some say between man and woman 'tis a feeling that does grow
And others say love can be born at first sight
On such thinking I cannot tell wrong from right,
The love of a mother for her child is real love to me
On that one I am sure that most would agree
But love between partners or between husband and wife
Are more often than not known not to last for life,
Marriage counsellors for themselves do financially well
Their knowledge on such to their clients they are happy to sell
But a wise woman once told me that a marriage counselling course
For most people only prolong an impending divorce,
'Tis true we started learning from life before we learned how to crawl
But of love and it's way I know little at all.
