Elephantine
it does not mean that you have grown
big ears, a wide trunk for breathing
or a wall as stomach to the hips,
elephants do not forget those who
harm them,
and they always have time to talk to
the sand who shall guide them
where the culprit can be found,
all their lives they seek for justice,
and that is
what an elephantine memory is all about.
