You Have Given Me Every Hint
I am going to love you,
Whether you like that or not.
I wish I can leave and abandon it myself.
But I can't.
That's just who I am.
Unconditionally devoted,
I guess.
What else could this be?
I am going to love you,
Whether you like that or not.
And I would cry myself to sleep,
Wondering why it had to be you...
Kept on my mind all the time.
Why can't I find someone to return my love,
The way it is given?
Why must I find myself jumping through hoops?
To seduce my own sorrows.
And borrowing from tomorrow's policy...
Of better days ahead!
My 'best' days seem to have me,
Victimized by my own compassion.
I am going to love you,
Whether you like that or not.
I wish I can leave and abandon it myself.
But I can't.
That's just who I am.
Unconditionally devoted,
I guess.
What else could this be?
I've discounted stupidity as a reason I'm like this.
Since I purposely on many a day portrayed myself a fool,
For you.
I've discounted foolishness,
Because I thought I was control of it.
I've discounted...
You!
In my own created scenerios!
Hey...
That's it!
To you I haven't expressed this.
That's why you react the way you do!
Now I know what is missing.
