Old memory lane

Sometimes I slipped to old memory lane,
Take me to far off places without sitting in plane,
Happy and old days definitely to be counted,
Let there be so much worry in mind amounted,

I see her almost there when look at the sky?
Take me back to old days I don’t know why?
I had asked her from silver moon,
She came on earth to join me soon,

“What would you prefer tea, coffee or milk?
She was almost there by wearing sari silk,
Graceful eyes with welcome and smile on face,
Was I on hunt or for partner in race?

She was perfect as I had imagined,
Eyes danced as if were wined
But she caught me and I thought may be fined,
If said not then life will be ruined,

All went well with deciding to knot,
proposal through with no fear of “not”
Remained with me for period so long,
She was at her best and never did wrong,

Life with wife gave me delight,
Nothing unusual and path right,
Nothing is missing and going out of sight,
Reminds me of old when look up at light
