The cold season
At times I battle
to find the reason,
why life is turning
into a cold season.
Still the world moves
and the country
takes is own way
and the stars
of yesterday,
are all burned out
by today.
No one can stay
forever young
and as time rushes by,
no one is exempt
from the passage
of life.
Opportunities come and go
and life carries on
and at the end of it all,
waits the cold reality
of a resting place.
