Direct Entry Into The Kingdom of God

In the Gospels a unique miracle is recorded
the Transfiguration of Jesus
proving the perfection of Life in Heaven.

Being denied such a Transfiguration personally
I shall claim the Blood of the Lamb
shed upon the Old Rugged Cross and not evolve

towards higher planes of existence
within concepts within my own mind
instead through Christ I shall ascend

directly into the promised Kingdom of God
purchase price paid at Calvary
one perfect sacrifice claimed covering all sin.

distant angels, glorified beings
singing in my dreams, from another sphere

rejoicing at the happenings
in the whole of creation, glorifying the king.

This was its promise, held to faithfully:
The early morning sun came in this way
Until the angle of its saffron beam
Between the curtains and the sofa lay,

And with its ochre heat it spread across
The village houses, and the nearby wood,
Upon my bed and on my dampened pillow
And to the corner where the bookcase stood.

Transfiguration.

Transfiguration?

The sunset was spectacular
Transforming the familiar
Sights which I am accustomed to
Into a very different view.
The slated roofs no longer grey
But changing with the interplay
Reflected colours from the sky
which blend and merge then multiply.
Creating a surreal beauty
Which hides the stark reality
That I am faced with every day.
Monotony in black and grey.
I watch until the colours fade.
Reluctantly I draw the shade.

White Magic

This is the room to which she came,
And Spring itself came with her;
She stirred the fire of life to flame,
She called all music hither.
Her glance upon the lean white walls
Hung them with cloth of splendour,
And still the rose she dropped recalls
The graces that attend her.

The same poor room, so dull and bare
Before, in consecration,
She breathed upon its common air
The true transfiguration . . .?
This room the same to which she came
For one immortal minute? -
How can it ever be the same
Since she has once been in it!

The After-Glow

It is a solemn evening, golden-clear--
The Alpine summits flame with rose-lit snow
And headlands purpling on wide seas below,
And clouds and woods and arid rocks appear
Dissolving in the sun's own atmosphere
And vast circumference of light, whose slow
Transfiguration--glow and after-glow--
Turns twilight earth to a more luminous sphere.

Oh heart, I ask, seeing that the orb of day
Has sunk below, yet left to sky and sea
His glory's spiritual after-shine:
I ask if Love, whose sun hath set for thee,
May not touch grief with his memorial ray,
And lend to loss itself a joy divine?

Merkabah

Some tell of love stories where fire becomes a mother in healing

Wheels within wheels, where hell becomes a myth, and heaven becomes the
present

The cosmic chariot of the soul, the sacred fire, and transfiguration of
energy

It comes from the deep darkness within ones Neshamah,

Prayer to the divine Elohim, and the18th breath of life

Once ascended in that ring of fire, a being can fly beyond space and
sky

Through the Shutter

The dull transfiguration's of this hapless old room.
The rusted edges,
orange-brown autumn leaves
on Yosemite's endless trees.
And I'm sure,
you can feel my sigh
With my head tilted upwards,
As I watch, the green paint peeling
and small flakes falling,
it's color becomes less overwhelming.
The rooms passage,
less open than before
still open,
none the less
leads to nowhere
for ages hence
and I sit here waiting,
patiently staying
watching the beautiful scene outside of the window before me.
