A Pink Rose

A Pink rose is for the one,
Where love has blossomed and bloomed,
Where passion and purity,
With love and peace,
Combines and grows,
That brings forth the Pink rose,

Of the Red rose,
And of the White rose,
When both entwine,
Comes the Pink rose,
For all the blushing brides,

When the proposal is asked,
With the Pink rose as a sign,
Is one asking another,
In love and loves first
Red and White,
That all will show,
And carry a wedding bonquet,

Position Held

It is unique and exciting to look back
When so much happiness left behind and at stake
I feel elated and life comes to full swing
As if I have become powerful with strong wings

I look around with hungry eyes
So many people have made earnest try
I have reached a stage where I feel no shy
With so much joy my eyes become joy and I simply cry

It is some sort of self appeasement
Heavy down pour wishes along with sentiments
I wish and waned to move among competitive world
Feeling self assured with crowing glory yet so much cold

I have no urge to appeal anyone
There will be some special man
Who will come rushing to me with nice proposal?
I eagerly watch and wait for its arrival

Ecology Forgotten?

So still 'tis this city...
While factories pour out their silent smoke into the air...
They are the true Dragons of this metro...
Moving while the populous 'tis sleeping unaware! ;

They throw out their pollution into our enviroment...
The vapors skip and float 'round this town...
'Tis in the name of progress they let go of the pollutents...
Ecology finds it abhorant and unsound;

Where once the tender vegetation grew evergreen--
In the parks where pristine lakes used to be...
A fountain 'tis all but dried up with hazardous waste-
As my pen to paper writes words into visuals you can see;

A statue of an Angel overlooks this city...
A Guardian with an Eternal Smile...
In a town without pity-the smog it suffocates-black and gritty-
And our green gardens are put out of style;

She was silent

She was silent and deep in thought
As if she feared a battle to be fought
She had near escape from real struggle
Life was challenge and full of troubles

She shared always with me her secret
Her words spoke of bad luck and fate
What and how the people had deceived?
How badly she was treated and received?

As female it was too much for her
Lot many things worried and this had led her to bother
It was not easy to counter propaganda
When each and everything was to be proved as contra

I was called specially to listen to her views
She had limited friends and confided to only few
I watched her pale face and wondered
She was fresh like rose earlier and smile was always offered

Why only females!

“Why only females have to suffer”
“I am sorry to know it and I differ”
I was fired off by a very good friend
I thought it will bring about an abrupt end

She was for all praise for good friend
She was no doubt very clear with trend
I said I can improve upon and mend
She was adamant and refused to bend

I had liked her from the beginning
She was fire brand and very shining
Her approach very clear and convincing
I too liked her words without mincing

She was tall in figure and beautiful
I thought she may be equally faithful
She might come up with all that may be purposeful
I too longed for her and was very hopeful

Deepest Depression (revised)

Staring at the walls...at the pictures that hang there
each photo...of it all
each step of our relationship..that started, with lust, wanting and care
the last picture that is hung
showing the ultimate happiness, of us being in love
I GET THE DEEPEST DEPRESSION
just staring at these things...
the photos on the wall
and the finger that holds my engagement ring

looking around the room, looking at it all
now just filled with dread, n, doom
the dieing roses in the crystal vase
marks the symbol..of the day
when it all was lost, n, went away
the photo album that we made
starts with the pictures of our 1st date, where it started
the last picture is of us, in love
3 days, b4 love was departed
is of the day you proposed, look at it, we are so in love

People-in-love stay hurt ever

Some friends of mine
Consider that
I may be a solution-finder
To some of their problems
I know I am not smart
I know I am not very thoughtful
I know I take hasty risky decisions
But still there are people
Who feel they get some comfort
In sharing some of their problems
A friend of mine
Came to me with a personal matter
To get some semblance of solution
It was indeed very difficult
To decide whichy way to go
He was narrating
He received a call
And a feable female sweet voice
Tells 'I want to marry your son'
