Peter Pan Persona
We all want to be
younger than what we are.
Some do it in different ways.
A face-lift to show softer skin and no wrinkles,
a tummy tuck to get rid of the bulges
or dressing up in all the trendy fashions
to look a teenager again.
However, when it boils down to it
they still look like mutton dressed as lamb.
The Peter Pan persona
is just a state of mind.
If you feel young, you will look the same.
There are many beautiful people,
who are older than they look.

I am that hope you see
I am that hearty laugh that we share
I am that happiness and glee
that can diffuse our despair.

The Shoes
The shoes are red
And creamy white on the inside
As pure and beautiful on the inside
As they are vibrating red
On the outside.
She puts her incredibly beautiful feet
In them and begins her practice routine.
The red shoes hug her feet
As if from sheer love,
Glistening, having achieved their purpose.
Plus her feet are beautiful, warm and strong.
