Quotes about jaundiced
A Scalpel
A scalpel am I to cynthia’s
Aching tooth
And true to your calling
You are the morphin
To my antiquated pain
All I need really is a simple
Bamboo
Toothpick
Get some sleep prince charming
Now free yourself
Just be an ordinary man
To an ordinary woman
Hold on to your promise
To love her till the end
For better or for worse, for richer for poorer.

Planet of Six
Six people were born:
three pink, two blue, and one yellow
like a jaundiced newborn's
ass...
There were more pink people,
rulers of this great nation,
controlling valentine's day
and cosmetics counters.
The pink had the ability to turn
blue people's offspring
somewhat purple, they could
transform the last of the surviving yellow
into agent orange.
Discouraging, especially since
the frail yellow boy sat in a corner
holding his flute between his legs.

Elephant
The herd of elephants stormed the public arena,
Jaundiced men fought them as they were in America.

Night In Iowa
Nimbus clouds erasing stars above Lamoni.
Jaundiced lights. Silos. Loose dogs. Cows
whose stench infuses the handful of homes,
whose sad voices storm the plains with longing.

The Iraq War marked the beginning of the end of network news coverage. Viewers saw the juxtaposition of the embedded correspondents reporting the war as it was actually unfolding and the jaundiced, biased, negative coverage of these same events in the network newsrooms.

Jaundiced Eyes
let your jaundiced eyes
for the last time of your breath
see the redness of
a rose
the greenness of grass
the blueness of the sea
the drifting white colors
of the clouds
for once
be not bound by your sickness
that shall take
you to death
or close your eyes
to see
what black really is
this world is not all yellow

Conduct Unbefitting
I do not like your attitude.
I find you arrogant and crude.
In fact in my opinion
You are much cruder than anyone.
That I have come across before.
It is impossible to ignore
Perhaps I have a jaundiced view.
Although I’m sure that others too.
Are not prepared to tolerate
language more appropriate.
To some sleazy back street bar.
Where they’re not so particular.
I hope I’ve made it crystal clear.
You are no longer welcome here.

Happy Islanders
To govern the nation of strength
Is to be gorgeous, irreligious and irresistible.
In the strong liquors is a mystery,
Of light and darkness, that of the country.
An island is demanded of the air,
The sea shall carry you to it.
To govern this jaundiced land
You must feel right with it,
You must correct their islanders
So that fevers are the past, are in history.
Strong ruby roses are celebrated
In their songs, inner pain is contained.

With my eyes still jaundiced, blessed
The nights are so faded I fear each death
Each nocturnal shadow a day we have left
Each hemlock of passion dawn has to set
Leads us much closer that wayfarers step…
In webbing's tomorrow of a spider's eye
We'll glibly be tailored a silk suit to die
A carnal butterfly I doused for her love
Anemic of her flesh I alight upon her soul
Like a pearl cocooned heavenly dove
In a wine sack dressed, I broke home
With my eyes still jaundiced, blessed
