The narcissism

Narcissism is the self-love in excess.
Man is increasingly narcissistic.
He needs no friends but admirers.
It's that he is increasingly egoistic.

The emancipation of women is practically the greatest egoistic movement of the nineteenth century, and the most intense affirmation of the right of the self that history has yet seen.

You on Facebook

Subdued thoughts are out in open.
Unspoken words are suddenly spoken.
Free flow of feelings carries shades of emotions.
It seems a display of all pride possessions!

Didn't you say that you were on Facebook?
While I look for you, I reveal your new look.
In the marketing world, I see an egoistic human,
Brings out all that he has, to buy attention!

The compatibility

The sexy for the sensual,
The fragile for the sturdy,
The comely for the royal,
The modern for the elite,
The meek for the possessive,
The humble for the egoistic,
The dexterous for the brainy,
The introvert for the extrovert,
The emotional for the rational
And the have for the have-not
Are ten sets well set in matrimony
As vital for harmony.

Egoistics

Impenetrable darkness at midnight, shrieked
when a beloved sang a sad song of separation
moon disappeared on lunar day
sky wept in appreciation.

Fire ranged in the forest
waves stopped, to rest
air chocked suddenly
withering flowers, untimely.

everything went topsy-turvy
as lover did not come.

EGOISTIC attitude
becoming obstructive
in union and fortitude
decades are spent
In lament.

Bias

Vacuous assumptions
That mask Prejudice
In Bias is deception
Always dressed in Malice.

Egoistic theory
Colored in pretense
Verbose filigree-
That never make sense.

Perhaps the ink of Envy
Fills the noxious pen
To dash down good poetry
And display Impertinence.

Free Mind

Pompous, pretentious, egoistic, vain,
Free Minds they whole stain,
Know no Truth yes indoctrination,
Self-esteem sky succeeding education,
Walk as if the world own,
Yes tree yes me yes stone,

Priest, Scientist, Educator, Elder,
One one bars binder,
Me want myself be,
Taunting these people me,
Stupid I, these say,
No care, I free today,

Top society sitting,
Looking down eyes seeing,
I here, I we,
I dare, we free!
Stupid we? No free we!
In Mind we, no dogma control be.

Thomas Mann

It is a fact that a man's dying is more the survivors' affair than his own. Whether he realizes it or not, he illustrates the pertinence of the adage: So long as we are, death is not; and when death is present, we are not. In other words, between death and us there is no rapport; it is something with which we have nothing to do — and only incidentally the world and nature. And that is why all living creatures can contemplate it with composure, with indifference, unconcern, with egoistic irresponsibility.

Sonnet: No Man is perfect

Most men on earth do things as per their wish;
Only a few think well before they act;
Most minds are egoistic and selfish;
Advice if free has takers few- a fact.

By trial/ error, each one spends his life;
Things may go wrong and you never know why;
Both haves and have-nots get problems and strife;
No man is sure when he would surely die.

Man wonders if when life’s each stage is past,
Could he have lived in better ways and did,
Some things in prudent manner or too fast?
Some problems of his life, could he have rid?

No man can perfectly perform all things,
Nor can he solve all queries that life brings.
