Ten Thousand Women

I was going out with the boys
The boat was loaded with our fishing toys
My baby steps out, slips her high heels on
She is going to town says I'm coming along

I say, Now honey, honey now please
I've been planning this trip at least for a week
She says, I don't care, now get in the car
With a few choice words she chews on my heart

I say, Now honey, you don't have to be cruel
You the light of my life, you know I love you
So I get in the car and we are on our way
She turns and smiles and says, New Mall opens today!

I thought to myself, Man, I got to get out!
If we get to that Mall there will be no fishing now!
I guess I hesitated, I waited to late
Next thing you know we were at the front gate

My Young Beloved's Bag

my young beloved's bag is very big
as a fashı on nowadays in young girls
hanging on the shoulder
usually black
like the soldier boots she puts on
that she used to boot me
sometimes in anger
what are there inside the black big bag
you can never guess
she carries everything in it
as the mall she works in
sometimes she puts the mall key in
because she is very secure
and tough
the bag is as if all her life
first comes the cell-phone
though she cannot find it easily
then her loved ones
sometimes she hides them in it
whom she wants to hide even from me

The Hartley men are noble, and
Ye'll hear a tale of woe;
I'll tell the doom of the Hartley men -
The year of sixty two.

'Twas on the Thursday morning, on
The first month of the year,
When there befell the thing that well
May rend the heart to hear.

Ere chanticleer with music rare
Awakes the old homestead,

The Smithsonian Festival of American Folklife, actually, was an effort to put something on the mall in Washington so American tourists could walk through America, and in their minds everything on the mall would be American.

Burlington Mall

burlington mall
sweet walk bus then we of again other
street go to bus stop and go to burlington mall
so cool there i get some of my clothes on jacket of and work.

what we work on is we hang up hanger for the clothes and wlk around for hailf in hour two work so ya better done then we go back to school.
