The tallest in the world they say.
The tiny country of Dubai
is very proud they can display

A master piece in steel and glass
A building that must be world class
A tower meant to demonstrate
the power of this little State.

Luxury writ unashamed
Which some think can be blamed
for wrecking the economy.
Which could be true quite possibly.

Dubai is asking time to pay
the debts incurred along the way
It could be that they aimed to high
and now they’re forced to question why.

Dubai

Dubai.

Dubai, the shiny city amongst sand dunes, is built by migrant workers
and their blood. Yes, in this unparalleled luxury, hotel staffs smile like
bright buttons...or else. Your discontent may cost them their job,
suicide amongst migrant workers goes unreported; so guests can sleep
in peace in their gilded beds. Should you ever go to Dubai, remember
it will drown in the sand, when the economic forces move elsewhere.
And this hubris on parched soil will be an historic interlude.
The wind in the night will murmur about untold suffering and the soul
of the disposed shall whisper words for no one ears and the wailing of
the conceited haves shall be goats bleat when sacrificed on the altar
of time without end. For this is the universal law, those you enslaved
will arise and possess you.

tax free

what is tax?

tax is a limitation
on liberty

then dubai wages are tax free

therefore expats are here

Your love to me is like grasshoppers playing in the field of joy!
For i am Witsel living in Dubai;
But, there isn't much rain over here! !

without a vision
Dubai would still be a desert

towering along Sheik Zayed road

gigantic malls
are sprouting above the then
acres of dunes

Flight to Dubai

Clouded farewell pains;
Hopes from pauperism did flee;
And took off from Kochin air base.
Mr.Jas, bucolic purely,
Landed in Dubai, as in heaven.

Mummies of Arabian culture in museums;
Building striving to kiss the moonlet;
Marvellous lights
In the street,
Luring as the first smile of a lover…

Mirth floating creek;

Un Conference In Dubai Nov 13th,2012

If most UN conferences are now held in Dubai
Maybe the whole UN should move there and say goodbye,
We don't seem to know much of what is happening over there,
Being as oil-rich as they are, is extremely rare.

Have you heard the UN may soon control the Internet web?
With International Telegraph Union rules - their spider web,
They'll decide at another UN conference soon in Dubai,
For us the results could mean the Internet goodbye.

And how will Canada vote at that conference over there?
This could mean a lot to those of us; Internet aware,
Canadian Civil Liberties wants to veto this UN event,
But UN dictatorships want to monitor their own local dissent.

They and their UN dictator friends like this whole affair,
Under the wire and completely out of the public glare,
Which is why they are now writing the new regulations,
Don't you dare point a finger at their UN foundations.

and everything in you, Mr. Filipino connotes what it takes to be
humiliated and discriminated but you go beyond all these
