The sound is the key; audiences will accept visual discontinuity much more easily than they'll accept jumps in the sound. If the track makes sense, you can do almost anything visually.

Think how initial trains of thought
may be derailed from one-track aim
by some coincidence and brought
to change conclusions. Thus the same
words won't be written, inklings caught,
cards drawn, refused, and thus life's game
crests forward causal waves that court
adjusted emphasis, acclaim.
Missed punctuation may abort
sense, pride sap, map ride, conquer shame.
Experiments dismissed, rewrought,
gave penicillin claim to fame.
Confronted with life's puzzle we
prepare discontinuity.

Think how initial chains of thought
may be diverted from first frame,
cue to new wavelengths taut,
intense sensations to proclaim
as apt path once thought peril fraught,

Against His will

We can never dare to go against His will
We can even never attempt to kill
As we all know it is His world we live in
We should rather be willing and very keen

What happens if we try swim against the current?
It pushes us back forcefully and sent
It is always simple principle
He is our father and we all his disciples

As men and women we may have some compulsions
There might be prevailing some kind of confusion
Still he is the source of energy for infusion
Only if we care and look forward with vision

No one wants abortion even as last resort
It may be causing concern and discomfort
You are tied around and forced to go
The precious live has been forced to throw

Spiders In Bubbles Plumbing The Depths

Spiders in bubbles plumbing the depths
of a new medium. Looking up from the bottom
the stars aren't stars, they're water-striders.
And me? I'm walking on the surface of my mind
like a very light-footed telescope. An antelope
who's just woken up from a dream
of a touring ballet company run by lions.
I'm sitting on a skull of rock close to the river
like some bare-footed prophecy
eating locusts and honey in the wilderness
that doesn't know whether to make heads or tails of me.

Anxieties of surviving the way I am mingle
with lyrics of longing to change
like the metamorphic passage of the river
flowing by me like the not so Milky Way
of my mindstream trying to clarify itself
in the course of its own running. But it's
as hard to part the waters with the wind
as it is with a sword, and I'm not looking

Because I Don't Confront You

Because I don't confront you
doesn't mean this tree
doesn't know how to stand up to the wind.
If I bend like a river reed in a current
I'll still be here
long after the current has passed.
To the unenlightened it's inconceivable
there's nothing to win
because both opposites are empty.
Take empty from empty it's still empty.
No reason to put a gun to your head to check it out.
Just because you've got a trigger
like the first crescent of the moon
doesn't mean you have to pull it.
Three for three.
Blood and cartridges.
Strange lipstick.
But you're still banking on the one that's empty.
Those that have the power to hurt
but will do none.
