Bud Johnson, God rest his soul of fame, a tenor saxophonist. Bud was always a big, big, big booster of mine and he always when I first met Bud in Pittsburgh when he came through there, he heard me sing and he wanted me to come to Chicago.

My daddy died when I was two years old. My mother raised my two older brothers and me. And we couldn't have had a better situation. I mean, she was the - ran the concession stand at the Little League, and she was the first woman president of The Touchdown Club, the booster club for the high school football team. And so, I had a wonderful childhood.

Ghastly Ghoulish Rule

Why be dismayed,
By the eggs these chickens laid?
You were told that the rooster
Was a goosing hooting booster.
From the beginning it was said,
Everything he touched he poisoned dead!
And STILL you let him in your coop?
With all his stink and all his poot!
You should have given him long the boot!
He like the others...
Are gangsters with loot!
And you like a fool,
Keep drooling over this ghastly ghoulish rule!

A BOOSTER DOSE

On the way to my office
I slowdown at a point, quite intently
In a simple desire, to have a lengthy glimpse
At one who keeps standing there, hot and sweet

In Vimal collections of subtle shades
With nil make-up, but a volte face
Nature's the best soft-squeeze doll
Soothing sight for the passers by

From the way she presents her up
No old and bald can shut and fly
Spicy looks that you sip and bite
Can does in you, the spells of Glucon-D

Stops and starts of the boring life
Need a refueling station just like this

Doctor for the sick

Obsessed with their church
Looking after its masses only
Masses for their church only
Who looks after the sick?

Obsessed with the glamour
No room for the poor congregation
Looks like a house of intimidation
Although a house for the sick
Looks like some people are forgotten
Although a house for everyone
Where are the ambulances?
To fetch the sick in abundance

Obsession like sand in our eyes
Trouble disease on the out break
The sick are denied medication
Why not run spirit tests for everyone?
Maybe the virus runs amongst
The doctor, the nurse, the pharmacist…
