I am no adulteress
South of the Andaman,
An island lost in time,
Filled with grandiose mountains
Mystical lakes and legends
Of fairies, genies and ghosts
Made more spookie by
A fiery virulent curse
Spewed forth by an innocent
Soul mercilessly tortured and
Exterminated for adultery that
Incidentally brought forth seven
Generations of upheaval and loss.
When the sea roars menacingly
In pitch dark nights, evil seems
To play its forces out in the sea.
Beware guys and gals, Mahsuri's curse
Is very much alive in Langkawi.
'I am no adulteress, ' a heart searing
Cry is constantly heard enchoing in its waves.

Thanks, Sir, but, should it please the reverend Court,
I feel I can stand somehow, half sit down

And neither wrist—what men style, out of joint:
If any harm be, 't is the shoulder-blade,
The left one, that seems wrong i' the socket,—Sirs,
Much could not happen, I was quick to faint,
Being past my prime of life, and out of health.

Then your own mouth will condemn you;

The newness of life,
The newness of love,
The newness of peace,
The newness of care,
And like the free gift of your muse to me;
But, the Law is spiritual to us all.

Wretched,

For, those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh!

Sonnet: The Young Widow

What will she do, the poor widow so young?
Her husband died by accident sudden!
The world will not keep quiet with its tongue;
It blamed the lady for the mishap then.

And now, a few years later, changed have things;
Nay, her agony always does remain;
Her daughter’s growing fast and problems brings;
Though now a doctor, life is sad again.

Society looks down upon a widow!
’Tis a male-dominated cruel world;
What treacherous plight for the lady, oh!
The world on widow-remarriage is cold.

How will she quench her sexual thirsts, O God?
Adulteress in life, she turned, O lord!

What's the opposite of faith?
Reason
And who commerce's in sin?
Hypocrites
And if my faith is reason that makes me a sinner
Then I am the model of a righteous hypocrite

Who makes the paradigm shift?
A person
And what constitutes successful conformity
