Quotes about Attitude And character

The Shirt (Demo Recording)

As I walked into the charity store
I saw a second-hand shirt hangin' up by the door
The collar was frayed, there was a stain on the cuff
Caused by ketchup or blood or some such stuff
It wasn't made of polyester or nylon
The label said "Made in the UK" so I tried it on
And I looked in the mirror and declared
"I like this shirt, I want it"
It's not the label on the shirt that you wear
It's the way that you wear it
They say it's style and breeding and culture that counts
But you can't change good taste on the expense account
And if design or fashion makes you a hero
You can dress all highbrow but still be an emotional zero
But I declare "It's not the shirt you wear
It's the way that you wear it"
I was looking for danger, I should have taken more care
I was dressed to kill, I felt so debonair
Wild expectations, arrogant air
Then I walked into that bar, she was standing there

I came on to the film with a very happy-go-lucky attitude which I think my character, Charlie, did when she went into the house. I expected it to be good, and then slowly things started to change for us all.

I am a human being

If I say I am handsome with charm and grace
Tall and dark with the most brilliant eyes and face
You will not believe
If I say I am the ugly of the ugliest
You may believe in

If I say I have an unbelievable potentiality
I can do a havoc in the field of poetry
You will not believe
If I say I am the dull of the dullest
You may believe in

If I say I have a strong character of honesty
I have a heart full of kindness and mercy
You will not believe
But if I say I am the cruel of the cruelest
You may believe in

If I say I have a fair mind unbiased clean

The Rosciad

Unknowing and unknown, the hardy Muse
Boldly defies all mean and partial views;
With honest freedom plays the critic's part,
And praises, as she censures, from the heart.

Roscius deceased, each high aspiring player
Push'd all his interest for the vacant chair.
The buskin'd heroes of the mimic stage
No longer whine in love, and rant in rage;
The monarch quits his throne, and condescends
Humbly to court the favour of his friends;
For pity's sake tells undeserved mishaps,
And, their applause to gain, recounts his claps.
Thus the victorious chiefs of ancient Rome,
To win the mob, a suppliant's form assume;
In pompous strain fight o'er the extinguish'd war,
And show where honour bled in every scar.
But though bare merit might in Rome appear
The strongest plea for favour, 'tis not here;
We form our judgment in another way;

Friends

Show me your friend
And I can tell your character.

The friends you keep,
Determine your deeds,
Reveal your preferences,
Inform your references.

The friends you move with,
Shape your attitude,
Mold your aptitude,
Decide your future altitude.

Friends are of different types.
They come in different styles.
So be mindful of your picking,
So as not to regret your pick.

Friends can make you,
Friends can break you.

Am lazy

I like to go crazy
In fact I am very lazy
Take everything easy
Workaholic and very busy

In fact it is different
It doesn’t look apparent
As hills look from distance
For me it is wrong reference

I am exactly the opposite
I get so much delight
I do right a wrong and wrong a right
No to yes as ready to fight

Is it due to indifferent attitude?
Or because of kept in solitude
Whatever the case may be in fact
I go for unusual things and act

Little Women

little women of my childhood gravel lane,
fill out a part of my memory of
linked-wooden houses built on stilts.
their crowning glories still so vivid;
how they flipped like a pendulum from
shoulder to shoulder as they ran;
those different-styled hair
each carving a story and character in
my own little women world;
straight, graceful tresses,
shoulder-length lioness-styled crown,
and their varied-toned skins;
fair, dark, palsy so many different shades
in one family, it's a wonder how genes work.
all these differences held tight by a love
that flowed so abundantly from shy mom and salt fish market businessman dad.
how they had run helter skelter
from their games of rope jumping, hide and seek, hopscotch, ....
for home when they saw daddy
strolling home with his straw basket round his elbow, the dollars and cents of the day to get the family runnning.

The man stands next to main character

I always love the man stands next to main character
because his dark hair or his sharp glare
or his cold attitude hiding his kindness
or his devilish smile when he is in trouble
or maybe I hope he doesn't have many fans

I always like the man stands next to main character
because he is not perfect and sometimes lose time to talk
or he never leaves his friend though he says other
or his help in crucial time
or maybe he doesn't show up in many frames

I always fell to the man stands next to main character
because I want he gets good lover too
or he is still himself under the shadow
or he has the story not everybody knows
or simply because he just caught my heart
