CROW[N]ING APPRECIATION Kindly refer to notes

May this rhymed reel appreciation show
An insight into mind prismatic whose
Unrivalled aptitudes should make world news
Dare we delve deep beneath sweet surface glow.
Ever instincts’ sentinels tap flow,
Meditate on standards she pursues -
Awareness and autonomy won’t loose.
Undouted search from perch where most might crow
Dreaming on teaming, fearing fall below.
Excellence, integrity no excuse
MAy ever accept, though rigid rules are cues
Used more to guide than bind or keep in toe.
Destiny’s rejected. Free will traces

The good father

This is the one who can not eat if his children do not eat
This is the who wear unexpensive clothes while his children wear expensive ones
This the one who sacrifice his problems for his children
This is the one who works every day for his children
This the one who can sleep outside the house while his children are inside

Are the children showing the appreciation to his efforts?
Are the children showing sense of appreciation about his love to them?
They show appreciation by writing poems for him
They show love by consoling him when he is in trouble

A good father should be innocent
A good father should act as a head of the family
A good father should give support to the family
The location known as Silityiwa has got such father
This father is known as Sonwabisile Lateta and he is “my” father

Charmed Opportunity

Charmed Opportunity

May hand in hand, two tender and sincere,
Appreciation ‘WE’ translate as share,
United everywhere unravels care.
Defeat external harshness, winter drear.
Exasperation eased, horizons clear.
Charmed encounter blossoms as life’s stair
Opportunity affords, joy rare
Reopens expectations which appear
Real, rhyme feel, weal, we’ll seal, [s]poke fun at fear.
Idyll enchanting floats to future fair,
Enhancing bridge, soft breeze caressing hair,
Redemption signal, tenderness whose cheer
Adds grace to space, may trace tomorrow’s glow.
Serendipity, carefree, shall flow.

Aurobindo-3 Savitri-Book -1

The following are selected verses
from the great epic poem Savitri by Sri.Aurobindo.
This is not an analysis but just an appreciation.
I am not a philosopher, nor I know yoga.
But do we need to be so to
enjoy reading poetry.No.Yet I admit
it was very much difficult to understand
the yoga-part of this great epic.

Sri.Aurobindo's poetic style is exuberantly beautiful
I have tried here to go with the theme mainly.
Many more volumes of appreciation need to be written
specially on his poetic beauty.I am proud of my luck
to have attempted at this epic.I wish everyone reads Savitri
and enjoy the trance therein.May peace be with us all.

what could be more noble
than a son to paint a canvas
a portrait painted with years
of love heartfelt appreciation

a portrait of a beloved mother
lines of deep love appreciation
beauty bestowed upon mother
her face eternally young loving

Habit Of Success

Inspiration, aspiration and perspiration
Takes one to the dream destination
The dream destination is nothing
But is a result of appreciation and admiration
An outcome of application and determination
Determination motivates to generation of strong willpower
The willpower is set by the desires
Inspiration, aspiration, perspiration, appreciation, admiration, determination and application
Fuel the desire to formulate the success equation
Once achieved the success becomes a habit
Only then we reach the never reachable DESTINATION

Sonnet: Eternal Echoes

All men on earth just love to feel much loved,
For whatever things little, they may do;
Appreciation gets their life-boat towed;
They go to do things better always too.

Appreciation makes the diff’rence then,
Between achiever and those who’re silent;
Mere body-language takes mind to Heaven!
The wanted feeling gives the man his bent.

Just criticize without a bias then;
Do not deride a man’s demerits much;
Misjudge him not for lack of proper ken,
But think of ways to give him ‘Midas-touch.’

See others in their right perspective then;
The environment is not the same for men.
