Quotes about grope, page 4
A Common Man I Am
Like any common man I grope
And struggle to survive and be
Bold with Dignity and Hope
For life is hard and not so easy.
But this I say has made me braver
My hardships laid the lessons learned
Gave Wisdom, insight, character
My joy complete, sincerely earned.
'And we rejoice in our suffering,
because suffering produces Perseverance;
Perseverance, Character; and Character, Hope.'
Roman 5: 3-4

We Who Keep Thinking
look at us
we who keep thinking
whose days run
like undecided metaphors
our bodies are bloating
with words
fattened with what we
grope and
cannot fully understand
eyelashes bent like
Nike
eyes that are strangers
to blink and wink
there is no more care
how this world goes
we, who keep thinking
stand on feet dissolving
on fingers that become
keyboards
we, are, reduced

A Distant Love
The most ardent love, although sincere
Cannot deny Fate and Destiny,
Those endless nights of lonely tears
Will not bring you here to be with me.
The dreams we had and many plans
Made with much Love and deepest Hope
They drift away like shifting sands
We both despair, in heartache grope.
No ending here, mere thoughts unfold,
Rewinding memories of the past
A love story that cannot be told
And a love too distant... to even last.

Poem 90
IN youth before I waxed old.
The blynd boy Venus baby,
For want of cunning made me bold,
In bitter byue to grope for honny.
But when he saw me stung and cry,
He tooke his wings and away did fly.
As Diane hunted on a day,
She chaunst to come where Cupid lay,
his quiuer by his head:
One of his shafts she stole away,
And one of hers did close conuay,
into the others stead:
With that loue wounded my loues hart,
but Diane beasts with Cupids dart.

Escape
When foxes eat the last gold grape,
And the last white antelope is killed,
I shall stop fighting and escape
Into a little house I'll build.
But first I'll shrink to fairy size,
With a whisper no one understands,
Making blind moons of all your eyes,
And muddy roads of all your hands.
And you may grope for me in vain
In hollows under the mangrove root,
Or where, in apple-scented rain,
The silver wasp-nests hang like fruit.

Thou Love
Don't you still remember
in coastal curve road
in brush wood
I kiss your lip
with the billow wave the ocean
hereafter fatigue
last we sit prolonging
in coastal lip
at the same time look into the wave
what its waves
many times
kissing coast
like sign of our love
what have never used up
and can be swallowed by dark of night
but when earthquake break the coast
we grope to return the love
where our love
be hidden of Thou Love.

This Poem Came To Me
THIS POEM CAME TO ME
This poem came to me
After I had woken.
It came slowly
It came in simple words
It came without knowing beforehand
What it was and how it should be.
This poem came to me
As I wrote again
To myself and for myself
The simple truth
That far away
There is someone else
Who is a real writer
And a true poet.
While I grope my way through my life
Wondering
How I have given so much time to Writing
And never really done it.

Special Needs
Special Needs breed creativity
Permitting change extending human scope,
Encourage opportunities to cope,
Compensating inner doubts to free
Ideas and feelings, as the Present's plea
Answered is, providing all with hope.
Life's lottery incentives gives. We grope,
Now well, now worse, in our diversity,
Ever onwards, seeking ways to see
Ever outwards, - search with telescope
Deep hidden truths which, slippery like soap,
Sleep hid within each one in pregnancy.

There Is More Between Us Going
in that island
we had it all
our hands grope
with what is more
our bodies rub
the heat like flint stones
making fire
in a few days
and night
under the light of the moon
we shall find that there is something
more going between us
something that we cannot forget
beyond the flesh
and the bone of our contentions
i hate to say it
but it is love and i hate to accept it
that i am weak

In Search Of Freedom
In search of freedom; how strange
Waves are running away from oceans
Rays are running away from light
Can they ever sever from their founts?
Fastened are lives, likewise
One and all in this universe
To the unraveled hidden source
Yet humans run in nescience
Towards illusory independence
Stop your sprint dear straying mortals
Start searching your inner souls
Not really fathoms deep to grope
Well nigh the ultimate free rein
In the wellspring! The Mighty Divine! !
