Quotes about disconnected, page 4
Yyyyy
I was stupid
Showing my heart
The real …
Anger for love
Concern for care
Now I conceal
Sorrow and pain
Always smiling
Dry and fake
My face
Disconnected
From my heart
As it
Suffered
With burns
And inflicted
With germs
Of intelligence.

When we are unwilling to draw clear moral lines between free societies and fear societies, when we are unwilling to call the former good and the latter evil, we will not be able to advance the cause of peace because peace cannot be disconnected from freedom.

Send the Others Away
There is a representation of emptiness.
A vacuum of thought.
And a process from that disconnected.
Even though incompetent,
They do have winning personalities.
And that alone is the mark of a leader.
Send the others away.
I think we have chosen our candidates,
To run for the next election.

But I do think it's unwise, and it - to build a mosque at the site where 3,000 Americans lost their lives as a result of a terrorist attack. And I think to me it demonstrates that the - that Washington, the White House, the administration, the President himself seems to be disconnected from the mainstream of America.

A Solitary Poet
A lone flower peaks
Out over the city
From a tenement roof.
She is speechless
In her small pot
In the immense void
Of cold concrete and steel.
A solitary poet
Brought her there
To gaze upon
As he scribbles
Mad, translucent verse
Disconnected from sterile reality,
Preserving ancient poetic breath
And breeze of idyllic
Romantic past.

Unplugged
To be disconnected
Pulled from the wall of
Family relationship
Unable to fire electrons
Up and down thin
Conductors, no grounding
For a live wire
Spinning out of control
Lethal shock
Without warning
Unclaimed bodies
To litter a house
Built on unreasonable
Expectation.

Ideas (suggestions invited)
I am an aspirant
To be a poet
Thinking hard
All the time
Ideas are conceived
But they behave like the friends of facebook
Very abrupt and disconnected
While I am in the move
They are prominent
When I am on the potty
Or on the bed
I stand up
They started to become faint
When I put down them

Facsimile
One fringe of image
disconnected, a knife within,
in a trench
battle still continues between you
and yourself
for ending of animal. Did it bleed?
Home was still faraway
a secured period.
Bouncing euphoria.
blunted and bailed out
paper thin memory
of broken mirror.
O Unseen,
take a bow,
lightning for a requiem

Never Saved
vision stunted by past deeds
leading to my current place,
childhood face: disconnected,
now adrift on stagnant lake.
cynicism scrawls the map
leading to my resting place,
a symptom of a drying mind,
what once was fluid, now is blind.
each denial of childhood dream
fractures now my world it seems.
mothers tears dried in her grave,
childhood view: never saved.

More Difficult It Became To Be Objective
For many years I did my best,
To be objective.
With attempts to reject...
My own introspective thoughts.
Or be perceived as being,
Subjective in my perspective.
And yet be expected to accept.
But having experiences,
Kept me reflective.
And more difficult it became,
To be objective and remain...
Emotionally disconnected.
Especially when I became more affected,
By being the subject of much insensitivity.
