Quotes about pregnant, page 2

Aminu

Seek the truth and live with it,
The time has come for us to put things right;
Self-seekers and pleasure things,
I am now pregnant for you to be a father;
Selfishness and pleasure things,
I am now pregnant for you to be a father;
And it is now like an open book to you.
Marriage does change everything,
So let your voice be heard oh my sweet Aminu;
And try to be yourself always.

Sweet Suffering

Meltem’s sadly suffering
her pregnant plight.
All my work interrupted
throughout day
throughout night.

Poems written
in late afternoon.
With artistic words
swift rushing flow.
Hindered
disturbed obstructed.
Flow free
abruptly by.

Meltem’s tearing
free flowing vomiting.
This heart wrenching
finality.
Ended when she collapsed

Symbol Moon-2

Great mother earth's pregnant beaming
Silvery of the blue moon bubbling
Vaisakha or Vaikasi it be revelling
Asterism of Visaka as up hiking

Great mother earth's birthed a divine incarnate
Six-headed, twelve-handed to disincarnate
Demon- trice and all evil corporate
Tropical night while enlightened to celebrate

Great mother earth's pregnant more beaming
Silvery more of the blue moon bubbling
As prophesied the providence yet more birthing
Argent terra-ball fledged more of moonlit shining

Great mother earth's birthed Buddha the great
And Nammalvar with Visaka to relate
Together with Shanmukha all divine incarnate
Under Vaikasi-moon's auspice Visaka to reverberate

Fruit Of The Tree

And there is this moment
of thousand petaled moments
brilliantly veiled obsidian sights

ageless of ether
impermeable aethers
breaching space splayed
petals' rude sand grain swayed

let us bite the pomegranate's pollinate
savour lush fruit blushing ripe pregnant night

let it lend us to stealing
gleefully squealing
lavishly laughing
ultraviolet's limelight

let us bite the pomegranate's pollinate
savour lush fruit blushing ripe pregnant night

Another Language

The whole world is flat
& I am round.
Even women avert their eyes,
& men, embarrassed
by the messy way
that life turns into life,
look away,
forgetting they themselves
were once this roundness
underneath the heart,
this helpless fish
swimming in eternity.

The sound of O,
not the sound of I
embarrasses the world.
My friends, who voluntarily have made
their bodies flat,
their writings flat as grief,
look at me in disbelief.

Beautiful Madagascar

Of great ideas,
Of great words,
Please don't come to me empty handed;
Oh beautiful Madagascar!
You are one among the lot.
Like the year of the donkey,
Like the year of the bull,
Like the year of the cow,
Like the year of the dragon,
Like the year of the rat,
Like the year of the fish,
The best kept secrets of beautiful Madagascar! !

You are our hope and dream,
But you are supposed to be the pregnant girl;
With the muse of Africa to all who do visit you.
Pregnant with possibilities when,
Dogs are sold for fun;
Upon what are the foundations of the earth fastened?
Out of the whirlwind came beautiful Madagascar!

His Pick Up Line

In the Golf Club Barroom he buys the Miss a wine
Any plans for the weekend he uses his 'pick up line'
To one the first time he had spoken to though he had seen her on the street
She thinks this so nice of him he seems rather sweet.

She looks up her diary nothing on she say
He says what about a movie after dinner on saturday
She says that would be a pleasure I'm glad that we did meet
Looking forward to the date thank you for the treat.

On saturday at the movies he steals his first kiss
From the dark haired brown eyed one the beautiful young Miss
Later on they have sex love between them grow
Now she's heavily pregnant fruits of love do show.

Soon they are to marry she will be his wife
Seems like that to his pick up line he is tied to for life
Already six months pregnant with a young one on the way
This is how things happen such is life they say.

Anderson's Home

Teenage runaways, problem child,
pregnant girls try to smile.
telling their story
to a counselor all the while.
About how they became so bad,
I was just disappointed and very sad.
Yes, I was the scapegoat
where everything is my fault.
I was a part of the juvenile delinquent cult.
Luckily I was taught,
to wait for the man of your dreams,
don't get pregnant like my friends in their teens.
All my friends sent away that summer,
just like me, it was such a bummer.
Ate so much I got fat,
went swimming once, that was that.
This all happened at Anderson's home,
teenagers sent there because they where wronged.
Wronged by parents because they are blamed
for things totally insane.

Kiss or Kisses

The kiss, Alber knows,
is the sign of great love
or great betrayal. Juliette
presses her lips to his.

There is spittle there
Somewhere, but neither
cares nor senses any of that.

In between kisses she talks
of the pregnant black cat.

He remembers his first kiss,
that girl whose mother never
trusted him as a boy, gave
him his first joy. Where had
it been? he asked inwardly,
pressing his lips to Juliette's,
ah, yes, in the porch of her
parent's house, the moon
