His and Mine-Where?
My love lives where the ocean
Breezes across the sand
Where the cold wind rolls
And where rain is created
My love lives where seashells call
To lonely passerbys
Where Neptune glides smoothly
On a chariot pulled by the tide
My love loves me where i dwell
Where the ships yearn to meet the harbour
Explorers, adventurers all the same
Claim this beauty as thier own
We meet at the manmade link
Slowly making the trip it runs for us
Slip a coin into Charon's palm
Take us across safely to the music?
His is where music pours from the soul
Mine is where music runs to meet it
His is where music is free
Mine is where music is ancient
His is where the mist covers
The silence when we are apart
Mine is where sunlight
Brightens the darkness of his absence.
But its not to be
Dischords cover.
Destroy the link.
Trapped on either side.
