Me And Love Is Blind
I can never find love
And it never finds me
If only we could see
The beauty in Love and Me
I've searched high and I've searched low
I'm sure love is searching for me, don’t ask how I know
I thought Love had found me, so long ago
When I took a closer look, it was only a logo
I had love in my hand once upon a time
But it slipped away cause it really wasn’t mine
A message to Love, cupid must be blind too
Cause he shot the arrow, but it passed me and you
Was I borne blind or do I just choose not to see
That Love is closer than I thought maybe right under me
If only I had my precious sight
I could finally end this lonely plight
Not trying sound bold or come off mean
But Love if you're near by please make yourself seen
I'm so close to just giving up
Could this be my fate or just bad luck
Oh love oh love where could you be
I will continue to search until my eyes allow me to see
Don’t know if its true or all in my mind
But I'm almost sure that Me and Love both are surely Blind...
