Naked Honesty

we are born
naked and then we were dressed by
them who know much better
saying
nudity is a shame

we were born honest
originally honest nothing hidden
until they taught us that
honesty can be shameful

The Bare Facts.

The bride was totally undressed
The groom too had thought it best
To be nude on his wedding day.
The bride carried a small bouquet,

The best Man wore a beaming smile.
The bridesmaids too were in the nude.
Nude weddings have a certain style.
A very modern attitude.

The vicar too correctly dressed.
He wore a large pectoral cross.
We were all suitably impressed,
he had permission from his boss.

No need to buy a wedding dress
nor yet to hire a morning suit.
So the wedding cost much less.
Their economies had borne fruit.

They could afford a honeymoon
Though where they chose they would not say.
Bar that it cost a small fortune.
The savings they had made would pay.

The first wedding I have been to
Where nobody was overdressed.
and I have been to quite few.
I rate this as one of the best..

To prudes all nudity is rude
and so they chose to stay away.
Perhaps because they understood
their presence there would spoil the day.

Forgive me for this platitude.
They are entitled to their view.
I have a different attitude.
I was content to be bare too.

I wonder what the prudes conceal
Behind their vaunted piety.
What is it that they daren’t reveal.
Some hidden impropriety?

I do not think that being bare.
Is something that one should not do
I did not find it hard to bear

Annotations To Daily Encounters

The room is small, dark, and humid
It usually speaks,
Nevertheless, it is tight-lipped today,
While I undress myself
It looks at me
& Senses the foulness
Of my nudity.
I walk naked towards its hazy windows
Overlooking the strong rains
Pounding those breathing in the
Garden,
The sunflowers are shouting for help
They may die sooner,
While I remain in stand still
Unable to do
What is needed to be done
While everything breathing
Are groping for space.
And I can’t speak to the room either,
About this arrangement of
Predators and prey
Heavy rains and helpless sunflowers
Grandfather and son
Parasites and hosts
Brothers and sisters
Late suns and balding trees.
I am tight-tipped too,
By nature this room is without tongue,
With nothing to say, and interesting to open up, an icebreaker.
It reminds me:
It is about leaves and leaving,
About everybody’s departure, from one reason to another,
Excuses & recluses,
I don’t want to understand & I am logically starved,
Deprived of some perspective about God’s ways,
What I mean is that
This room would not want to listen about what I will say,
There is no room for pacifications anymore.
We are both occupants here, the room

The pre-occupation in fact is too much
We seem too much mindful of our
Private affairs, in so contemptible manner, as it is bare, as I am naked,
And we don’t speak too many words today there
Are no adjectives for departures, we are too tight-lipped
My chest too congested, and the room too bare
It is short of what to
Expose, what with nothing left, except barrenness and nudity.

this person
comes to the house
rings the bell
and opens the door

there is nudity on the face
that i see
something inside me boils
because there is fire
at my bottom

then this person tells me
something
that i already know

something light and does not
bother me (I think so)
there is nudity in the body
and when this person turns
so i can see the back
of the body

what i see are two dimples
that tonight bother me

i am struck
i am stirred
the potion finally works inside me
i am not in love
how can i ever be in love again

Womanhood in Tantra

The nudity is not an obscenity.
The nudity either in arts or in person
Is neither moral nor immoral.
To be naked is to be unashamed
And is in the realization of
The bodily perfection and no more.
There must be no shame in the viewers’ eyes.
Femininity and sexuality
And motherhood are the female’s identity.

I Kissed A Frog

In the night, at the stage,
When the daughters of men
And the sons of women
Paraded their nudity and smashed bottles,
I kissed a fortunate frog

And a deep kiss it was,
As it penetrated beyond the lips,
And went further into the hollow mouth
And got swallowed in the dark unknown

The frog croaked, and chocked
With merriment, with anxiety
To swallow the fluidic saliva
To lick the soft tongue
To wallow in the warm embrace

And it croaked again,
This time louder, but still softer
Little went unnoticed, as it slipped
Its hands in the pouch and exchanged
My treasures that were quite a bargain

Swiftly the kiss began to subside
And even as it pushed me aside,
And choked my throat with its choky fluids,
I didn't know that it was sliding back into the water,

I was left standing awed at the bank,
My pockets soaking with water
And my mouth filled with sourness
Then I opened my eyes,
And, alas! The bank was clear.
