Cursed (story)

I am Bill.I live with my brother, my dad, mom and my lil sis. There's always this thing that bothers my mind..it's because i believe that my mom and sis already died.It was almost a yearago yet not that old to be forgotten.our house was burnt for unknown reason. They we're found dead on the room i was staying.Burned, yet there's still mystery upon their death.

I can barely remember that i see mere smoke and huge fire.i was just 7 yet my mind works as if i was not. After the tragic happenings the ocean made noise and i saw a huge wave comming towards our direction.Crowds of neigbors, the police, the rescuers and even i, my lil bro and dad run away.

our house was swallowed by that huge wave. After that i don't know what else happened.I hear my dad yell and my lil bro crying.I see blurry lights and hear the sirens.I was asleep! am i? i see the lights striking in my eyelids yet i can not see any image.i hear the sound of waves smashing unto rocks then i'm

shocked to reality i'm just sitting on the deck before the emergency room in the city hospital.I was wonderin' what i'm doin' there but 'twas just a couple'o seconds when i saw my lil bro and dad walked out the emergency room, smiling and waved on me.My dad shouted com'mon bill let's go home.okey, well my dad's calling me.Gotta go!

i really don't know what happened but as we go back to where our house was build it was still there standing steady and strong.I looked around i saw our neighbor's house burnt.and i said' oh, bla bla i really don't know what's happening! ' and asked dad 'dad i thought it was our house burned? '

and as i always hear from him dad answered in a huge voice 'what? are you out of your mind? '

then i heared a soft voice saying 'John, let him rest.Maybe he's hallucinating.he's from kelly's house beside the shore.we all knew it's almost impossible for him to survive that huge fire.'

my pores closed, my spines shivered..and my heart pumped fast...

i shouted' who's that'? ... MOM?

and the voice answered 'yes dear.'

my dad then said' LEt's took him to the doctor, maybe the accident affected his mind too.'

'but DAD! ! , Mom and tricia died already! '

he answered: 'That's not funny bill! if yu're thinking this is the right time to crack pranks.well ITS NOT! ! ..Go to your room! ! '

'but DAD? '!

'NO buts, go to your room.NOW! '

okey, it seems like i really am hallucinating..maybe i came over kelly's house and caused fire and cause of the pressure and i was so scared that i would be charged for the accident i run out of my consciousness..yeah..maybe that's what happened..

Life Of A Salesman

What's a dad for dad?
Tell me why I'm here dad
Whisper in my ear that I'm growing up to be a better man, dad
Everything is fine dad
Proud that you are mine dad
Cause I know I'm growing up to be a better man
Father I will always be
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
What's a dad for dad?
Taught me how to stand, dad
Took me by the hand and you showed me how to be a bigger man, dad
Listen when you talk, dad
Follow where you walk, dad
And you know that I will always do the best I can
I can
Father I will always be (always be)
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me (over me)
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
The same as you
Father I will always be
That same boy that stood by the sea
And watched you tower over me
Now I'm older I wanna be the same as you
When I am a dad, dad x2
I'm gonna be a good dad x2
Do the best you could, dad x2
Always understood, dad x2
Tell me I was right, dad x2
Opened up my eyes, dad x2
Glad to call you my, dad x2
Thank you for my dad x2

Invade the city
It make my heart beat no sound

Let’s Annoy Dad

I have a plan, I have a plan
I said as I washed my paw
Dad will come home and we'll all want some grub
He'll just walk by our dishes
And say, 'No yet.'
If we do it, right
He'll give us some grub
Maybe even some crunchies as well
The two boys raised their heads
'How’s all this going to happen? ' Arthur asked.
'If we annoy dad, I'm sure he'll give in.'
I replied with a grin.
'How do you suppose we annoy him? ' Arthur asked again.
'First I take his pencil and get him out of his chair
And he'll follow me.
We'll plant a toy mouse
So he can tred on. Barney can cry
Say look at my wagger
Dad being soft will give him a cuddle.
He will then give him some treats.
Knowing Dad, he will give us all treats.

Nipping away, I planted the mouse.
Barney curled up and lay to one side.
I pinched Dads pencil and ran.
Dad stepped on the mouse and stopped.
Barney cried on queue.
Dad reached down, picked him up,
gave him a cuddle.
Barney sang as he tickled him under his chin.
He carried him to the bed and put him down.
“There you go Barney, ” and stroked him again.
I dropped the pencil and fled down the stairs.
Dad picked up his pencil, ignoring me,
went back to his writing his poetry.
The plan didn't work the way I expected.
No treats, no crunchies, no nothing.
The boys looked at me as I entered the room.

“So much for your plan.” Barney said.
“Watch how mine goes and learn.”
Jumping off the bed, he went in Dads room.
He sat beside Dad, raised a shredder to his knee.
Dad moved him away gently time and again.
Finally Dad gave in, came down stairs.
He picked up our dished one, two and three.
Went to the cupboard where crunchies are kept.
Brought out a tin and put mush in each dish
Food at last.
I must remember how Barney did it.

Needing Advice

(Son) Hey, Dad, have you got a minute? Actually
it's a little complicated. Could you meet me
at Cuss from Hoe over a beer or two?

(Dad) Now you have got me worried, big spender.
What's up?

(Son) I need some advice.

(Dad) O.K., see you in about twenty minutes.

(Dad) Well, son, I think I need something stronger
than two beers.
Are you sure he is dead?

(Son) Yeah, he is not breathing.

(Dad) And he is in your apartment?

(Son) Yeah, he came downstairs to watch the ball game. We
had a couple of beers and I fell asleep on the couch.
Next thing, I wake up and there he is lying on the floor
in a pool of blood.

(Dad) And he is still there?

(Son) Yeah, he is dead, Dad. He can't leave.

(Dad) Did he ever pay you back the money he owed you, that you owe me.

(Son) No, that's why I checked his wallet to see if that was his
intention, to pay me back.

(Dad) And what did you find?

(Son) His wallet was empty, nothing in it.
How do I explain that to the cops, Dad?

(Dad) Holy Moley, how do you get yourself into these messes?
We've got to throw his wallet in the river, get back to
your place, break a window, empty your wallet, and after
I have punched you out, I'll call the police.

(Son) Thanks, Dad, I knew you'd think of something,
except Gus at Cuss from Hoe heard us talking.

(Dad) Yeah, but he was the only one there and he owes me
$20 grand. He said he'll pay me tonight.
Want to take care of it?

Occupy MDP!

Occupy MDP!
that’s
mom’s and dads place -
you imbeciles!
Occupy
Mom’s and Dads place -
they’ve made too much money!
They’ve worked since
they were twenty
Looking after kids
and saving money –
being selfish
no charity!
just being plain greedy!
Occupy MDP!
Don’t you see?
Mom and Dad got too much money!
Look at me –
I’m twenty-eight
going on twenty-nine –
ain’t got a penny
ain’t got a honey
and Dad and Mom
got too much in the kitty
They put money in the bank!
Damn! Don’t you see?
Mom and Dad are capitalists!
Occupy MDP!
So Dad and Mom
thirty years
they worked
and raised kids
and they’ve paid every cent on the house!
Damn! Mom and Dad are capitalists!
Damn! – they’re bourgeoisie!
Occupy MDP!
Open their fridge– eat for free!
Watch TV, use their internet
and surf with glee –
Mom and Dad can pay every fee!
Cos they’re capitalists
and money pigs –
that’s what they are,
Mom and Dad
So Occupy MDP!
Lie in the couch
and get your friends
in the garden
and trample on the beds of flowers -
Damn! Can’t you see?

Dad and Son

A dad, a son,
One life, one love,
A road, all alone,
One last strife, from above.
Dad's ticket has been bought,
Dad's heart has been shot.
Unfair, son cries,
Dad dries.
Shaky hands rub son's face,
With embrace,
Dad whispers words,
In son's ear.
Another tear of the son falls,
On dad's palm vanishing with rainfalls.
Can not breathe easy,
Blood flows from dad's body.
Dad smiles and looks his son,
As his hand falls on the ground.
Eyes stay glassy and empty,
A tear dropp stays still on dad's eyelash.
Tears in son's eyes,
Dad slowly dies,
In weak son's hands.
By the road purple lilies smile,
Red roses seem to die.
Son takes a sweet lilie
Lies it in his father's hand,
And whispers slowly;
'I know, I know, me too dad'.

Last dad's words;
Son, I am sorry,
I never said,
But I......

I Wish To See My Dad More

My dad

When I come home
I think about my dad
When I come home
I want to see my dad
When I come home
I want to hang out with him more
When I come home
I think off all he’s done for me
When I come home
I wish to be with everyone
When I come home
I want to hang out with my dad
When I come home
I want to see my dad
When I come home
My mom comes home at 5
When I come home
My dad barely comes home
When I come home
My dads at the bar
When I come home
I see my dad drunk
When I come home
Sometimes I wish he was dead
When I come home
I want my dad to be not drinking
When I come home
I want to see my dad
When I come home
“Wait maybe I will not come home” said dad
When I come home
I think about my dad
When I come home
I wish my dad would be home and waiting for me like he used
When I come home
That’s what I want to see
When I come home
I want someone to hang with him

Girls Room

Im sleeing in girls room
Im sleeping in the sky
Im sleeping in the water
Im sleeing in girls room
Im sleeing in girls room
Im sleeing in girls room tonight
Here comes tiffany
My best friend, tiffany
Wearing a size too small of sweater
Me and tiffany
Dressing up pretty
We love to ride
We love to canter
My best friend tiffany
She is so popular
Were going from site to site and pool to pool tonight
And we hear terry say that tricias ok
But she ought to learn to shave her bikini line better
And tauren was born, like her mother, in a storm
And traceys been away forever
Im sleeing in girls room
Im sleeing in girls room
Im sleeping in the sky
Im sleeping in the water

Dad's a Millionaire

I wish you joy, my little ragged throng--
Your Dad's a millionaire!
The fortune's come, we've waited for so long,
And I'm a millionaire!
Come Will, come Bub--go buy some better shoes;
Come Liz, come Lu--go tell your Ma the news--
Though once poor, we're now as rich as Jews,
For I'm a millionaire.

Hurrah! hurrah! now give us a rousing song--
Good bye! good bye! to poverty, want and care;
The fortune's come, we've waited for so long,
And Dad's a millionaire!

Good news! I'll go a shopping--so I will,
For Dad's a millionaire!
And I must have a thousand dollar bill,
As Dad'a a millionaire!
Put on your duds, and you'll go with me Lu!
Come Bub, go call a carriage from the square;
We'll ride in style along the avenue,
For Dad's a millionaire.

Hip, hip, hooray! run up the striped flay--
My Dad's a millionaire!
This bless-ed day, I'll buy a trotting nag,
For Dad's a millionaire!
I vow, I'll smoke three-cent gigars no more!
Here, take them Bub, and pitch them out the door;
I'll have the best--the dearest in the store,
Now Dad's a millionaire.

So, wife, you think this house will never do
Now I'm a millionaire?
Well, I must build a mansion then for you,
As I'm a millionaire!
Though as for me, I think I should invest--
My whole pile in some mammoth farm out West,
Yet I can build, if you should think it best,
Since I'm a millionaire.

I'll tell you what! we'll give a party then,
As Dad's a millionaire!
And we'll invite none but the "upper ten,"
Since Dad's a millionaire!
I should be sure to find another beau,
For dukes and lords, and nobles would be there--
I've turn'd him off--the tailor's clerk, you know,
Now Dad's a millionaire.

Mom n dad

MOM AND DAD
If mom is the pleasure getting drenched in rain,
Then dad is the rain.
If mom is the eyes to look at the world,
Then dad is the mind to analyze the world.
If mom is the emotion behind every tear,
Then dad is the tear.
If mom is a feast,
Then dad is the reason behind the feast.
If mom in an interesting story,
Then dad is the centre theme.
If mom is the feeling being in love for first time,
Then dad is the first love.
If mom is the education of life,
Then dad is the aim of life.
If mom is a boss,
Then dad is the interview.
If mom is a heroine,
Then dad is a superhero.
AND
If mom is the best mother,
Then dad is the best husband.

Came 23rd morn May 1963

CAME..23rd MORN May 1963
Daddy the 'First Only True Love' In a Childs Life
The saddest, is a heart that has seen a knife
A dad's death a pain, unexplainable and a strife
Our hair neatly combed and to perfection
Our uniforms neat, mum did not fail satisfation
Holding daddy's hands to school we went
After two rainy days at home, which we happily spent.
We were surely not afraid to innocently say
Daddy dear didn't send us 'yesterday'
He said the rains will make us very ill
Our classmates smiled strangely and stood still.
But our teachers clearly tried to tell us so,
Daddy will not forever be at your door.
As kids 'YOU' wll fail to understand,
Time can be so cruel with the clocks hand.
Laughing and singng so merrily
It was a lovely drive home so joyfully
Kreme Crackers, cheese and tea with dad
Away we went for tap dancing and with dad
It was the day before my cuz 'tita's wedding
Dropped in an hour to see what we should bring
Dad went to a meeting and dinner with friends
But things changed as fate had plans to see it end
It was half past eight when the door bell rang
My aunt stood with our family doctor in hand
My mum was worried when the doctor kindly said
'Ibrahims' got a chest pain and is in hospital bed.
She stood there frozen in deep silent pain
Tears streaming down her personality maimed
Instantly she left, shattered, home i stayed
My aunts, brother, dads friend, went and we prayed
Pacing the floor, no control, so impatiently,
Hugging each other wondering desperately?
A wrist watch, dad gave me a couple of hours ago,
With pink roses, a fragracne so sweet, i loved it so.
Anxiously awaiting for good news, in tears
Feelings of heart beat with uncertainity, deadly fears
Our first man we loved and he loved us so
A wonderful dad the best he did for us, just four
Fatherless kids, so seldom we have heard
Staring painfully at each other with unspoken words
So young in our years we need him so near
And a mum too young surely dad should be here
But Alas, the angels did come so suddenly!
And took him away gently and tenderly.
Our first love of our lives, our shining star
Now gone away to heaven, away and so far
A dad is always in a crowd somewhere,
Watching his kids he loves no matter where.

Growing up #2

I never talk much about my Dad
Because, when I do I get very sad
I can't give my dad much credit
Dad didn't raise us, mom did it

Oh please don't get me wrong
I loved him, he used to sing songs
But dad could be mean with his words
I know, because I always heard

I heard him talk to mom, like she was a dog
And when he wanted his kids, it was to kill a hog
He would take us to his mothers
And they would sit and talk about others

They talked mean about mom and her kids
Like he didn't help bring us into this world, but he did
Don't get me wrong, I loved him, because he was my dad
But he always put his mother in front of my mom, and that was sad

Dad took us to his mothers one day
And we were sent out to play
While my dad set at her table and ate banana pudding
kids wasn't allowed to eat, mom got mad, because her kids couldn't

So mom came out and set with her kids
When dad got done, the fight was on, and she did
It was months before mom would go back over there
Heck it was months, before we went any where

The eight kids that mom and dad had
It was all left up to my mom, and that is so sad
If I had A gold award, I would ask my mom to stand up
Because dad didn't help us grow up

This gold statue, Is awarded to my mom
For raising five girls and three sons

Hey, dad.

Hey dad, thanks for showing me you don’t really care.
And thanks for saying you won’t always be there.
And hey dad, thanks for showing me what I’m really worth
And always making me feel like dirt
Hey dad, thanks for being fair,
And telling me nether you or the world care
Hey dad thanks for telling me I’m worth shi t,
At the same time everyone else did
Hey dad, thanks for hearing me cry,
And never even caring why
Hey dad, thanks for seeing I hurt,
And still decide to treat me like dirt
Hey dad thank you for being hard,
And always playing the “bad seed” card.
Hey dad, thanks for the good work ethic.
And telling me everyone else can f it.
Also, telling me no boy wont like me more.
For what’s on the outside, for being a whore.
Hey dad, thanks for showing me work
Is more important then the children your wife birthed
Hey dad, I changed my mind.
Forget what I said, I wont try to be kind.
You get into my mind, you wont win this time.
I’ll tell you the truth, I’ll tell you for real
And hopefully this time, you’ll feel what we feel.

Sorry Mom and Dad

Sorry mom and dad, for doing wrong instead of right.
Sorry mom and dad that I had gotten into all those fight.
Sorry mom and dad, for lying instead of the truth.
Sorry mom and dad, for being really rude.
Sorry mom and dad, for getting bad grades.
Sorry mom and dad, for serving all those detention days.
Sorry mom and dad, for seeing me home for the suspension days. Sorry mom and dad, for talking back.
Sorry mom and dad, I just wish I could take it ALL back! :)

Dads, Lads, And Granddads

Lads, Dads, and Granddads Free verse

My grandson,
skipping along, an eight year young kid
Behind his Dad, his hero, his idol,
his bright shining model
Sees him tall, straight, tough and confident
Sees a McMuffin buyer, a baseball coach and a dad

My grandson
sees not…. a loser, a slacker
Mostly absentee father,
lazy and irresponsible
Two days a week of being a dad
Providing little or nothing to ex-wife or son

My grandson,
I see in myself, skipping along
Following behind my dad
Who is tall, straight and confident
Giving me comfort, making me feel strong

My Dad
Taught me fishing and hunting
Not to lie, to attempt all manly things
and try not to fail or fall
he feared absolutely nothing and
could absolutely do it all

My Dad
was brave and made me proud
I skipped along behind him as well,
My bright shining model
Embarrassed by him? Never!
Proud of him always and ever

My Dad,
To others, a different man perhaps, than the man I knew.
likely so….Yes, most probably so

My grandson
in his memories I hope, forever sees
his dad, not as he really was,
but In the same way that I see mine.
Perfect! ….Yes, most probably so.

Hold Me

(duet with rick rhodes)
(rick rhodes/patti austin/don grusin/dominic messinger)
Rick:
There is a time for everything in this world
And I think the moments come for me to say
That I do love you
Tiffany:
Love
No we didnt have a storybook love
Still I dreamed that somehow we could change our minds
Youll see, youll see what Im saying now
Both:
And what Im saying now is you should
Chorus
Hold me
Darling, wont you hold me?
Give me one little chance to show you
Baby, if youd only touch me
Then youd know all the love I feel for you
Rick:
Oh, and if
Both:
If you would stop and take a look in your heart
Tiffany:
Then youd find that secret place you hide
Rick:
(find that secret place)
Both:
Inside
Tiffany:
Is waiting for my love
Both:
Yeah, waiting for my love so wont you
Chorus x3
Hold me
Darling, wont you hold me?
Give me one little chance to show you
Baby, if youd only touch me
Then youd know all the love I feel for you
