Oxymoron

Oxymoron:
fresh fish

*********

JBO:

'The beach at Sanibel... an Arlington Cemetery of shells.'
*
Every suffocated or strangled fish is first given
waterboarding sensations.
*
Fishes more frequently than
mammals or birds are cut open
alive, while their eyes watch
the knifing of others and their
gills struggle for absent air.

Fish cannot scream.
Greed for suffocated fish flesh causes seals to be clubbed in Canada, Norway, S Africa etc., dolphins to be knifed in Japan, whales to be murdered by
Norwegian Japanese Icelandic and American Inuit fishermen, bears
to be murdered in Alaska, untold thousands of fishermen to
be lost in tsunamis,700 Bangladesh fishermen lost in just 1 storm, Thai fishermen working for slave wages, tens of millions around
the world to die of stomach cancer, food poisoning etc.**

What's in fish? unreported Mad Fish
Disease, nuclear toxins a million

human waste dumped into
the oceans, hepatitis, anaphylactic shock, ecoli,

of carcinogenic industrial waste products, and heavy metal sired

She's Determined and a Strong Willed Woman

When her mind's made up,
She doesn't fuss...
Or cry!

She's not the kind to mope around,
Or one to criticize.
With eyes that sigh.

She's not one weak who weeps.
She stands on her own two feet,
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.

She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
She is determined and a strong willed woman...
Who knows what she does when it's done.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
And there to sleep with me at night.

She's not one weak who weeps.
She stands on her own two feet,
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.

She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
Yes she's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
And there to sleep with me at night.

When her mind's made up,
She doesn't fuss...
Or cry!
And defies,

How is the base sequence, divided into codons? There is nothing in the backbone of the nucleic acid, which is perfectly regular, to show us how to group the bases into codons.

Sport now a days

This is my momemet of clarity,
pulp fiction no ly,
just look the man in the mirror and as why,

it is the education rules or rules on sport so where is my chair of sure lucky nest at flat feet at my success of my school degree of sucess,

they say the groupiees are at the door before you reach the age of 18,
so in vision my dream,
late for class,
in the teacher eyes he's first to be sit it,

over and over regulation,
but who is you valdation the best left hand pitcher or kid with the highest iq, words to truth life by,
life by the america education system is going truely die fast like the lip syncing of nsync,
or what band was that, (ban)

ratical achievment, hand held glory, bold state meets,
word to digestion in fact i would take back it in fact i hope it inhance me in fact i sit down giving the facts

why is that average player that is deserving of scholarship isnt even look at twice but in fact the guy that make all the shot lingerie
to the fact can't even learn the bases,
bases which include square to the root the bases being give outstand interview and the bases is getting truth scholar the excess to a worth school

Lost life in gamble,
and dropp out college by second semseter
i say to the world it lot more kids that gift not talent that didnt pursue that dream

What is our duty to stand by,
who is the role model,
the father or the athlete or insteady of a
father not a dad who eyes swallows to see the act of patrism reinstill and left out mention words of constiution and more out reach skretting,

if iam to live by those words i just wont died but those rules but for me
my roots speak for it self

I speak out for legend that star game with one 'Fist to Sky'
know how they fight for segeration and ask how can they forget where they came from

and ask who the true true american hero to that of a child that role model! !

i say the role model ofhis age are the college star that turn pro that spoken
on behalf of a nation, on the rightfulness of a equal salary and fair profit of sale
for future pros,

this poem is for you even thought it was written a year or two before the intermedation.

but if it wasnt for the pros that got the education would they had won the lock out that effect generation to come?

I rest my case...

Feeling Out Of Sorts?

Feeling out of sorts these days?
Want to know what you can do?
Need help? Here are 50 ways,
Maybe you'll benefit from a few

ROTMS

SYMPTOMS OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day.
There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep.
Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.

Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia) . You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep.

If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as 'sprinkles'.

This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown.
In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps.

Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the dropp of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest) . This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.

Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone.

You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing the see motions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm.

One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4. Old 'stuff' seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues.

Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear.

Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it.

Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.

5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight.

Stubborn

There's a whole lot of stubborn in this room
There's a whole lot of pride that won't let go
There's a whole lot of stubborn in this room
That shows no sign of giving up control
I've drawn all the curtains
I've turned out all the lights
Scared to death somebody else might see
There's a whole lot of stubborn in this room
And there's no one here but me
There's a whole lot of demons in this room
They want it all, and they don't wanna share
There's a whole lot of demons in this room
And none of them believe in fighting fair
Some sit on my left
Some sit on my right
They talk so loud it's hard to disagree
I'm surrounded by the demons in this room
And there's no one here but me
And I can't quite remember how to pray anymore
I can't quite remember what to say anymore
If it turns out that I can't have my way anymore
How will I know which way to turn, when I walk out the door?
There's a molecule of faith in this room
What they used to call the mustard seed
There's a molecule of faith in this room
And a book that says that's all I'll ever need
I don't know where it is, but I hope I find it soon
Cause nothing else will ever set me free
There's a molecule of faith in this room
And even though it's much too small to see,
If I have the courage to believe
I'll find the one who left it here for me
13. Just Someone I Used To Know
Theres a picture that I carry
One we made some time ago
When they ask whos in the picture with me
I say just someone I used to know
Just someone, I used to spend some time with
Just a flame, thats lost its glow
But I dont them of the nights I cried without you
I say just someone I used to know
Just someone, I used to run around with
Just a friend from long ago
I dont tell them, how lost I am without you
I say just someone I used to know
I say just someone I used to know

Story of water molecules

story of water molecule!

I was ocean and I was in ocean,
When my own waves brought
me to surface, I was happy I got exposed..
And I was exposed to the fresh
air and fresh rays of broad
sunlight.

I stared gaining energy... each
molecule vibrated with and I too,
I was lifted up and up,
With friends and family together
raising in space..

We are cloud and I am cloud away my ocean!

Alas! , air stopped lifting us and
started swinging here and there
and billions and billions of us
were there enjoying together
our swing, jolting and moving
here and there, But the cool air drew our energy..
We came together as we become
poorer and poorer..
We formed a group and dropp and
started
falling together! Some fell on hot rocks and hot
land, quickly went up..
But some fell on grass and plants
got absorbed and trapped there,
some fell on land joined hands
and became steam, We called our
trapped friends to
join us, but they were settled
there and enjoying happiness
and sorrow, making their own
life, some were in trees and
plants, some were in men and
beasts, enjoying their life there.. We streams joined and became
rivers and rolling and falling in
eddies and vortoices,
we enjoyed rocks and falls... And
reached
ocean completing a cycle.. But still most of our friends Were
back and there
still
enjoying their trapped life, some
are in organismsms, some in

On Eating....

the best way to eat, and healthful at that
is to chew what small food is there,
savor the taste of every molecule,
and swallow bit by bit like pulps of orange
sound a bit, of this ahh and ohhhs
and say over and over, oh this is great
let them all hear the slurp and your burp
and don't mind what the other people on the
other table say

like you you are paying too
the price of honest and candid living
has taken the share of shame and glory
had been full and shall be filled again
moment by moment, piece by piece,
molecule by molecule,

on such an atomic existence,
till the next nuclear burst.

The Free Radicals With A Lonely Electron! !

just want to be beautiful,
stay away from free radicals,
radicals are singles and charged,
neighbor's electrons it fancied,
cheated neighbor become a free radical,
agitated with a lone electron in the outer shell:
the process becomes continuous,
looking for their pair in our cells.
If the free radical steals an electron,
from the base pair molecule of DNA,
the DNA will become cross linked,
cross link leads to aging,
Cross link occur between fat and protein,
yes, the fat and protein cross link,
the free radicals are the reason,
for this intrusion and the affection,
the polished, silky smooth surface,
that is cleaned, masked and moisturized,
the mirror on the wall reflected,
quarter of the salary spent on it,
the first thing that we like to look at,
after we wake up and the last thing,
that we admire before we sleep,
that is our FACE will get wrinkled.

complete absence of free radicals,
is the question of ignorance,
controlling of free radicals,
through abstinence is intelligence,
stay away from alcohol, as it makes you hot,
your heart beats faster to supply oxygen,
When we are completely burnt or oxidized,
the death of this body occur, you are taught,
the liver can process one ounce an hour,
and it prefers to get rid of alcohol quicker,
leaving other vital functions aside:
so fatty liver is shown as beer belly,
your body is filled with radicals the free,
that may lead to the frontal lobe shrinkage,
reason for your subordinate look at you, crossed,
as your intellectual impairment is displayed,
Lack of exercise and unhealthy eating habits,
are the reasons for the free flow of free radicals,
apart from our genetic make up and destiny,
your hormones are just enough to make you a hot chick,
stay away from the fermented poison,
to care your children when they are young,
to care your parents when they are old,
to care yourself as a human, the bold.

Book Sixth [Cambridge and the Alps]

THE leaves were fading when to Esthwaite's banks
And the simplicities of cottage life
I bade farewell; and, one among the youth
Who, summoned by that season, reunite
As scattered birds troop to the fowler's lure,
Went back to Granta's cloisters, not so prompt
Or eager, though as gay and undepressed
In mind, as when I thence had taken flight
A few short months before. I turned my face
Without repining from the coves and heights
Clothed in the sunshine of the withering fern;
Quitted, not loth, the mild magnificence
Of calmer lakes and louder streams; and you,
Frank-hearted maids of rocky Cumberland,
You and your not unwelcome days of mirth,
Relinquished, and your nights of revelry,
And in my own unlovely cell sate down
In lightsome mood--such privilege has youth
That cannot take long leave of pleasant thoughts.

The bonds of indolent society
Relaxing in their hold, henceforth I lived
More to myself. Two winters may be passed
Without a separate notice: many books
Were skimmed, devoured, or studiously perused,
But with no settled plan. I was detached
Internally from academic cares;
Yet independent study seemed a course
Of hardy disobedience toward friends
And kindred, proud rebellion and unkind.
This spurious virtue, rather let it bear
A name it now deserves, this cowardice,
Gave treacherous sanction to that over-love
Of freedom which encouraged me to turn
From regulations even of my own
As from restraints and bonds. Yet who can tell--
Who knows what thus may have been gained, both then
And at a later season, or preserved;
What love of nature, what original strength
Of contemplation, what intuitive truths
The deepest and the best, what keen research,
Unbiassed, unbewildered, and unawed?

The Poet's soul was with me at that time;
Sweet meditations, the still overflow
Of present happiness, while future years
Lacked not anticipations, tender dreams,
No few of which have since been realised;
And some remain, hopes for my future life.
Four years and thirty, told this very week,

That the primary effect of gene mutation may be as simple as the substitution of a single amino acid by another and may lead to profound secondary changes in protein structure and properties has recently been strongly indicated by the work of Ingram on hemoglobin.

Acid Queen

(p. townshend)
Producer: robert stigwood and ken russel
Albums: acid queen (76), tommy soundtrack (76), the collected recordings (94)
If your child aint all he should be now
This girl will put him right
Ill show him what he could be now
Just give me one night
Im the gypsy, the acid queen
Pay me before I start
Im the gypsy and Im guaranteed
To mend his aching heart
Give us a room, close the door
Leave us for a while
You wont be a boy no more
Young, but not a child
Im the gypsy, the acid queen
Pay me before I start
Im the gypsy, Im guaranteed
To tear your soul apart
Gather your wits and hold them fast
Your mind must learn to roam
Just as the gypsy queen must do
Youre gonna hit the road
My works been done, now look at him
Hes never been more alive
His head it shakes, his fingers clutch
Watch his body writhe
Im the gypsy, the acid queen
Pay me before I start
Im the gypsy, Im guaranteed
To break your little heart
If your child aint all he should be now
This girl will put him right
Ill show him what he could be now
Just give me one more night
Im the gypsy, the acid queen
Pay me before I start
Im the gypsy, Im guaranteed
To tear your soul apart

Acid Reflux Anyone

Larissa Schuster, she was the cause of her husband’s acid reflux,
In fact she had husband refluxed all over his body,
Her attitude for him did not come clean,
- that’s why she gave him an acid bath.
'So what’s to you, there nothing wrong with that',
she would have said,
'hydrochloric acid to be exact'.

Larissa Schuster was biochemist that used her balance of pH’s for murder.
She had to get rid of him,
she loathed him,
and she thought she would be free,
When her husband met the end.
Hydrochloric Acid is the same acid that we have in our stomachs,
But all the TUMS in the world could not have saved him.

Kind of gruesome,
to some,
- but not to her.
She will spend her life prison at taxpayer’s expense,
Too bad the gas chamber is outlawed-
Because the cyanide capsule is dropped to sulfuric bath,
She can be an experiment in the chamber,
Like she did to her husband,
She can feel her lungs melt and then justice will be served,
There is nothing wrong with that.
