Politically Correct

If you sing out Baa Baa Blacksheep,
It will have a terrible effect,
Who tells us that this song is bad,
The Politically Correct.

Enter our country illegally,
Then show us no respect,
Will we send you straight back, no,
It's not,
Politically Correct.

We're told not to smack our children,
As their minds it will affect,
That is why they run amok,
Thanks,
The Politically Correct.

If you have a criminal mind,
Then join a violent sect,
We won't hold this against you,
We're,
Politically Correct.

If you break in to a house or bank,
Your booty to collect,
We'll put you up if you get caught,
That's,
Politically Correct.

If you're addicted to illegal drugs,
We'll rush in to protect,
We'll say you are a poor wee soul, why?
It's,
Politically Correct.

You can take cocaine and smoke your hash,
Illegal drugs you can inject,
We're not allowed to stop you because,
It's not,
Politically Correct.

If you say Shhhh! Black or White,
Then I'm afraid you can expect,
To be told you're out of order by,
The Politically Correct.

How dare you celebrate Christmas,
That's a time we must all reject,
All Christians are now redundant,
Who says?

How Shirwi ascended the Throne

From the Shahnameh
Now when Shirwi sat on the goodly throne,
And donned the royal crown so much desired,
The leaders of the Iranians each drew near
To proffer him the homage due to kings,
Exclaiming: 'Worshipful and honoured Sháh!
Know, God gave thee the crown, and now thou sittest
Securely on the throne of ivory,
And may thy sons and scions have the world.'

Kubád replied: 'Be ever conquering
And happy. Never will we practice ill.
How good is justice with benevolence!
The world will we keep peaceful and cut off
The works of Ahriman by every right,
Ancestral precedent that greateneth
The Glory of our Faith. I will dispatch
A message to my sire and tell him all.
He is in evil odour in the world
Through his ill deeds: let him excuse his faults
To God and turn to custom and the way.
If he shall heed me he will not resent
My conduct. Then will I devote myself
To state affairs and strive to compass justice
Both publicly and privily, do good
Where good is due, and break no poor man's heart.
I need two honest men of goodly speech,
Whose memories are charged with ancient lore.'

He asked the assembly: 'Whom shall I employ?
Who is most shrewd and honest in Iran?'

The warriors suggested by their looks
Two men of lore if they should give consent.
Kubád perceived whom the Iránians
Agreed to choose: one of them was Ashtád,
The other was Kharrád, son of Barzin,
The old-two sages eloquent and heedful.
Kubád addressed them thus: 'O ye wise men,
Ye chiefs experienced and veteran!
Deem not the conduct of the world too toilsome,
Because the Great by travail compass treasure.
It is for you now to approach the Sháh;
Perchance through you he may conform himself.
Appeal to him by instance new or old
As there is need.'

With tears unwilling
Those sages made them ready. When Kharrád,
Son of Barzin, and when Ashtád, who had

Get Your Spirit Right

Practice.
Active,
Prayer...
Everyday,
You can!

Be active in the practice,
Of prayer...
Everyday.
You can!

Care less about the he said,
Or she said...
Conflicting pickers of fights.
They'll keep you awake with sleepless nights.

Be true to your practice,
In active...
Prayer,
Everyday.
You can!

Erratic tactics,
Keep captive...
With distractions,
To minimize your pride.

Don't worry about their appetites...
For doing things the wrong way.
You stay on the side of what's right,
Now!

Practice.
Active,
Prayer...
Everyday,
You can!

Be active in the practice,
With swift actions of your prayers...
Everyday.
You can!

Get your spirit right!
Let backbiters do what they do.
You can choose not to approve!

Just keep your practice,
Active...
In prayer,

Postmodern Light

If you don't support ‘progress’
You're not politically correct
Though often it is pure foulness
A perfect product of the imperfect.

If you believe in freedom
Yes, you're politically correct
But one's liberty is another's serfdom
Power in the hand of the elect.

If you're not a feminist
You're not politically correct
So do not swing your fist
Even when you are erect.

Your values and tradition
Are politically correct, perhaps,
If your divorces keep going on
Imbued with other family mishaps.

If you're not a ‘postmodern’
You're not politically correct
So just raise high your lantern
And irradiate for stage effect.

Que Es La Que Hay?

(Noriega!)
(DJ Rafy Mercenario!)
Yo me voy a to'as
Si, me voy a todas
Vamos a darle duro castigo
Ven, prueba
Quien tiene babilla
Vamos, dile, Noriega
Me llaman "La Perra" porque soy una fiera

The Pleasures of Imagination: Book The First

With what attractive charms this goodly frame
Of nature touches the consenting hearts
Of mortal men; and what the pleasing stores
Which beauteous imitation thence derives
To deck the poet's, or the painter's toil;
My verse unfolds. Attend, ye gentle powers
Of musical delight! and while i sing
Your gifts, your honours, dance around my strain.
Thou, smiling queen of every tuneful breast,
Indulgent Fancy! from the fruitful banks
Of Avon, whence thy rosy fingers cull
Fresh flowers and dews to sprinkle on the turf
Where Shakespeare lies, be present: and with thee
Let Fiction come, upon her vagrant wings
Wafting ten thousand colours through the air,
Which, by the glances of her magic eye,
She blends and shifts at will, through countless forms,
Her wild creation. Goddess of the lyre,
Which rules the accents of the moving sphere,
Wilt thou, eternal Harmony! descend
And join this festive train? for with thee comes
The guide, the guardian of their lovely sports,
Majestic Truth; and where Truth deigns to come,
Her sister Liberty will not be far.
Be present all ye Genii, who conduct
The wandering footsteps of the youthful bard,
New to your springs and shades: who touch his ear
With finer sounds: who heighten to his eye
The bloom of nature, and before him turn
The gayest, happiest attitude of things.

Oft have the laws of each poetic strain
The critic-verse imploy'd; yet still unsung
Lay this prime subject, though importing most
A poet's name: for fruitless is the attempt,
By dull obedience and by creeping toil
Obscure to conquer the severe ascent
Of high Parnassus. Nature's kindling breath
Must fire the chosen genius; nature's hand
Must string his nerves, and imp his eagle-wings
Impatient of the painful steep, to soar
High as the summit; there to breathe at large
Æthereal air: with bards and sages old,
Immortal sons of praise. These flattering scenes
To this neglected labour court my song;
Yet not unconscious what a doubtful task
To paint the finest features of the mind,
And to most subtile and mysterious things
Give colour, strength, and motion. But the love
Of nature and the muses bids explore,

Now It's My Turn

You've convinced me to deny who I am
Told me that I couldn't do it
When I figured out that I could you threw me into a pit
Of self pity and self insult, fed me your lies that my talent wasn't there
When I realized the truth that it was all you did was scare
Me into believing that my talent was destructive
Told me I could have self control
Told me I couldn't use this gift to console
But now I finally see through your lies I've seen through them

You were scared, full of fear
You were scared to the point of a dripping tear
You were scared I'd realize my calling
You were scared I'd revoke the statements of mundane
you were scared I'd actually sing
You were scared, and insane

I never once thought that all of these lies were from you
I never thought you spoke to me too
But now it's my turn
The gift you were so scared of here it is
Look now it's His
The gift that I did once spurn
I'll use to destroy your principalities
This is my secondary weapon to fight your powers
I'll draw my inspiration from my sword
I'll holster my regret and low self esteem
You can't tie up with them anymore
I don't believe I'm something to abhor
Now that I see I'm loved you can't tell me who I am
Because it doesn't matter, not because what you say is empty
No, that was me
It doesn't matter because it's not about who I am
It's about who I serve

Send your demons, send your temptations, maybe I'll even fail
Maybe I'll regret these statements, maybe even weep and wail
But it's too late, you can't put me back on your curve
I won't stray from the straight and narrow
This is the path I've chosen to follow
Now you can't touch me
Now you can't touch my poetry
Now I've realized my gift, even if just part, I've realized that part
I've realized why I have all these desires in my deepest heart

So now it's my turn, you used my gift to beat me down
Talked me into misusing it or not using it all
Well now it's your turn
Taste my sword, it's different than my peers
Taste my sword it can lead many

We Cannot Eat Money

Pollution and nuclear poisoning has become Worldwide
And will there be a Worldwide famine when the Earth we have destroyed?
When the last root crop has failed and the last animal has died money we cannot eat
There will be a Worldwide famine without milk and bread and meat.

The World as we now know it cannot carry on this way
More bombings in the Middle East we hear of every day
Droughts and famines in Africa how long can this go on
'Tis not too late of changing our ways before all hope has gone

For the survival of the future generations who must suffer for our greed
It is not by good example that we have chosen to lead
The people we call our leaders have been leading us astray
And for our abuse of Nature the price will be great to pay.

Wars and terrorism and famines we hear of every day
And in the world of big business and entertainment there is corruption and decay
But only when the last root crop has failed and the last animal has died we will come to realize
That we cannot eat money though too late then to be wise

In Thoughtless Self-centeredness

Outwardly admitted,
And within inner circles met.
No one is going to say how they feel,
To intimidate what is politically correct.

People have their hatreds.
And they are socially in effect.
Only blocked visions of those blind...
Can not visually observe,
The denials and the disrespect.
Reflected within one's placed footsteps.

All of us are affected.
Whether or not we accept regret.
Decay has been and is on the rise.
Lies spoken will not keep them,
From eyes that are opened...
To divisions kept.

The causes for insecurities,
Will always be in the minds of those displeased.
To initiate mental diseases without remedies.
If humanity does not actively seek peace...
To inflict upon those defenseless to increase peace,
Seen weakening minds as it decreases.

Havoc and chaos will become a way of life.
For all who believe one rule is right.
Or one kind of bird should take flight...
From one tree to land on one soil selected.
Where one people rule as they please?

One God will make One Choice and none other.
And that's to do away with all One God has made...
To end it for 'ALL' that breathes,
Selfishly.
Foolishly.
And in thoughtless self centeredness.

Outwardly admitted,
And within inner circles met.
No one is going to say how they feel,
To intimidate what is politically correct.

And if those who should survive,
One day in their discussions in retrospect.
The perception of being politically correct,
Will be reviewed as a defective aspect...
To those who regard truth as a normal pursuit,
To preserve their peace.

The Obviousness Of Improprieties

Politically speaking,
How much correctness is left?
How much of it is there,
Yet to still be addressed?

And politically speaking...
Where are those willing to confess,
The business of their politics,
Whether right or left inspected...
Has spent too much time,
On addressing correctness.

A tremendous mess that has been left,
No longer impresses...
Those most affected,
By the obviousness of improprieties.

And,
Politically speaking...
Who is monitoring the effectiveness,
Shown to have been neglected.
And reflects upon a declining of a social etiquette.

Where is one active.?

To steal is static; not to steal is active.
To lie is static; not to lie is active.
To hate is static; not to hate is active.
To love the opposite sex is static.
You are active when you are forbidden.
You are alert where you are forbidden.

Great Blue Sky

watching the great blue sky recede into the black space it really is,
listening to the lapping of an active lake under the great blue sky,
feeling the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
smelling the lotion passing into the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
tasting the freedom of summer as the lotion passes into the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
the great blue sky which recedes into the black space it really is.

I Love You

Yeah
The sun is shining everyday
The clouds never get in the way for you and me
Ive known you just a week or two
But baby Im so into you I can hardly breathe
And Im in
So totally wrapped up
Emotionally attracted
So physically active
So recklessly I need you
So desperately sure as the sky is blue
Baby I love you
I love you
I never knew that I could feel like this
Can hardly wait till our next kiss
Youre so cool
If Im dreaming please dont wake me up
cause baby I cant get enough of what you do
And Im in
So electrically charged up
Kinetically active
Erractically need you
Fanatically you get to me
Magically sure as the sky is blue
Baby I love you
I cant believe
That this is real
The way I feel
Baby Ive gone head over heels
And Im in
So totally wrapped up
Emotionally attracted
So fisically active
So recklessly I need you
So desperately sure as the sky is blue
Yeah
And Im in
So electrically charged up
Kinetically active
Erractically need you
Fanatically you get to me
Magically sure as the sky is blue
Baby I love you
Baby I love you
Do you love me too?
Baby I love you

The Same Back-at-cha!

You wished me well.
And peace released in my life,
For me to tell.
With good health and prosperity,
That would grow and swell.
And my happiness to flow.
To know in my heart it is so!

The same back-at-cha!
Kept stacked in a pack,
And wrapped in active laughter.
To get you sitting relaxed...
With nothing on your mind to matter.
But you and the best of that!
But you and the best of that!
The same back-at-cha!
Kept stacked in a pack,
And wrapped in active laughter.
Getting what you give to match.
Getting what you give to match.
The same back-at-cha!

You wished me well.
And peace released in my life,
For me to tell.
With good health and prosperity,
That would grow and swell.
And my happiness to flow.

Hudibras: Part 1 - Canto III

THE ARGUMENT

The scatter'd rout return and rally,
Surround the place; the Knight does sally,
And is made pris'ner: Then they seize
Th' inchanted fort by storm; release
Crowdero, and put the Squire in's place;
I should have first said Hudibras.

Ah me! what perils do environ
The man that meddles with cold iron!
What plaguy mischiefs and mishaps
Do dog him still with after-claps!
For though dame Fortune seem to smile
And leer upon him for a while,
She'll after shew him, in the nick
Of all his glories, a dog-trick.
This any man may sing or say,
I' th' ditty call'd, What if a Day?
For HUDIBRAS, who thought h' had won
The field, as certain as a gun;
And having routed the whole troop,
With victory was cock a-hoop;
Thinking h' had done enough to purchase
Thanksgiving-day among the Churches,
Wherein his mettle, and brave worth,
Might be explain'd by Holder-forth,
And register'd, by fame eternal,
In deathless pages of diurnal;
Found in few minutes, to his cost,
He did but count without his host;
And that a turn-stile is more certain
Than, in events of war, dame Fortune.

For now the late faint-hearted rout,
O'erthrown, and scatter'd round about,
Chas'd by the horror of their fear
From bloody fray of Knight and Bear,
(All but the dogs, who, in pursuit
Of the Knight's victory, stood to't,
And most ignobly fought to get
The honour of his blood and sweat,)
Seeing the coast was free and clear
O' th' conquer'd and the conqueror,
Took heart again, and fac'd about,
As if they meant to stand it out:
For by this time the routed Bear,
Attack'd by th' enemy i' th' rear,
Finding their number grew too great
For him to make a safe retreat,

Who told him?

Illegal Smile

When I woke up this morning, things were lookin bad
Seem like total silence was the only friend I had
Bowl of oatmeal tried to stare me down... and won
And it was twelve oclock before I realized
That I was havin .. no fun
Chorus:
But fortunately I have the key to escape reality
And you may see me tonight with an illegal smile
It dont cost very much, but it lasts a long while
Wont you please tell the man I didnt kill anyone
No Im just tryin to have me some fun
Last time I checked my bankroll,
It was gettin thin
Sometimes it seems like the bottom
Is the only place Ive been
I chased a rainbow down a one-way street... dead end
And all my friends turned out to be insurance salesmen
Repeat chorus:
Well, I sat down in my closet with all my overalls
Tryin to get away
From all the ears inside my walls
I dreamed the police heard
Everything I thought... what then?
Well I went to court
And the judges name was hoffman
Ah but fortunately I have the key to escape reality
And you may see me tonight with an illegal smile
It dont cost very much, but it lasts a long while
Wont you please tell the man I didnt kill anyone
No Im just tryin to have me some fun
Well done, hot dog bun, my sisters a nun

Die Hard Valley Girls

The comet came and almost everybody died
Leaving cannibals and angry red skies
Two valley girls survived, hiding behind steal
Now their kicking ass wearing Prada high heals

They have no school but they have no dates
There's only one guy and he might be gay
Fortunately for them the malls are unlocked
And Bloomingdales has super killer mark offs

Explosions fly
Zombies die,
the girls score pastime
Cause nothing's going to stop
Die hard Valley Girls

Now they dance to the swing of Cindi Lauper
Trying on outfits for Heather Locklear
Cause their trapped in the past with 80's fashions
Looking like victims from a Hair Metal album

In between the lipstick and free mascara
Zombie stalk boys try to shoot their derrieres
It becomes a killing zone in the women's section
A bullet feast opera ripping last season's fashions

Explosions fly
Zombies die,
the girls score pastime
Cause nothing's going to stop
Die hard Valley Girls

Sam's got shoes and Regie has a Mac
but everybody knows Uzis are the best
And when you're up against zombie hormonal issues
The best offence is hot girls who like to make blisters

Now crazy scientists want to suck their blood
Trying to save their lives with a magic serum
But fortunately for them that boy wasn't gay
And now he's gonna help them save the human race
