Our Dreams Are Wished

There is something wanted.
But,
With a low expectation.

Our dreams are wished.
But,
Denying their existence...
Creates conflict.

We choose to believe what we say,
To share,
As it is perceived to be received that way.
And yet,
It is the doubt we keep kept...
To check,
For referral purposes!

Our dreams are wished.
But,
Denying their existence...
Creates conflict.

And yet,
It is the doubt we keep kept...
To check,
For referral purposes!

Our Dreams Can Be Forgotten

our dreams are mere dreams
for what are dreams but dreams
and nothing but dreams
unfulfilled and so we
rationalize
that dreams are nothing but dreams
anyway
unfulfillable
as what our primitive natures
have always been

we then shift to the realities
that grab us
rather than we grabbing them
like personal properties
like a soap that we think must not
slip from the hold
of our definitive hands
and look
it falls right there at the toilet bowl
and we shrug
not to pick it
that feeling that something we held
has become dirty
will always be there to haunt us
but we learn the lesson well
as we shrug our
shoulders
and curl our lips and eyelashes

'so what? ' i'll have another.

Always in Our Dreams

Life becomes a pile of lies,
Now you’re seeing through my eyes.
My tears that stain your shirt,
Making trails through my face covered in dirt.
How far we have come,
All the evil we hath done,
Now it all comes down to us.

We miss how we’ve kissed,
And all the time we’ve missed.
Day by day we wish we can go back,
Back to the days of soccer and track.
When life wasn’t so complicated,
And we were just a couple of kids in love.
Now we live, we write,
We can’t help but start a fight,
But all in all,
As summer turns to fall,
We find we need to rewind.
Go back to when kisses came like rain,
When love was such a funny little thing.

We live, we love, say things we don’t mean.
You love me I know,
And I love you so it seems,
And we can still be the way we used to be,
Always in our dreams.

You Are Always On My Mind

I love you so much that,
I cannot sleep at night;
You are the delight of my dreams and,
I want you to know that.
You are always on my mind,
In this world so sweet is you as my lover;
And, i will always remember you.
Everything has to go on smoothly to cement our love,
Down by the river side with the love that muses;
I can alwayssee your image on the surface of the water,
You are mine my sweetheart.

You are always on my mind and,
Don't let the colours and the differences separate us;
Don't let distances separate us too,
For you are all that i need my sweetheart.
Your love matters to me a lot,
You are the dream of my dreams;
Your shape and movement do motivate my intuitions.
You are always on my mind,
You are all that i need;
In times like this, i will always dream of you.
I love you so much that,
I don't know what to do;
I want you to know about this my sweetheart,
You are always on my mind.

Let the emotions of your love move towards me,
Come and be the one for me always;
My world is your world and,
Your world is my world too;
You are the very one to upgrade my status.
You are always on my mind and,
I have nowhere going than to love you;
Like a bread and butter pudding,
Let your love zone be mine.
My beautiful woman,
Love makes the world go round;
And your sweet love is always on my mind.

Without Our Dreams We Cannot Be

Without our dreams we cannot be-

We dream and dream
Even when our dreams cannot come true -

We dream ourselves all the way to the grave-

Without our dreams we cannot be
Our dreams are our reality.

You Are Always With Me

One young goat,
One fat cow,
For, you are always with me!
And, all that i have are reserved for you.
One fat goat,
One young cow,
But, try to humble yourselves in this life;
And serve one another in peace,
For, you are always with me.

Our Dreams

Sometimes our dreams
when they come true
are not all what
we thought they would be.
Some hold a little disappointment
that you can never share.
Some show a little promise
then flicker like a candle light
before being extinguished
by the cold wind at night.

Spirits that are always willing

Spirits that are always willing
to clean up for the killing,
of the souls of the young,
with us monsters, among
you.

We can't always see
what we want to be
when we murder
when we kill her.
True.

As the spirits that are,
witness us from afar.
Down below, up above.
Kill the heart. Kill the love.
You.

Packing Up Our Dreams

Packing up our dreams today
Told that we must move away
The bank just took our house
Funny don't know how it all went so wrong
When we got the loan
Back in better days
Now all the jobs are gone
Thought we could hold on
But the bank won't help in any way
They got their money from Uncle Sam
Investing it in other lands
To Hell with Us is what they say
I pray someday God takes from them
Like they did to us today

You Are Always There For Me

(norro wilson, wayland holyfield)
This song is mary and is themesong! it epitomizes
Our friendship through and through!
I know sometimes Im like a child
I disappoint you so
And how you keep forgiving me
Ill never never know
When I stumble and I fall
And need love desperately
You are always there for me
Chorus:
Like an oak in the wind
Like an old familiar friend
Like a harbor in a wild and raging sea
Darlin you are always there for me
When I take your love for granted
Like I often do
Its not that I dont need you so
Its not I dont love you
Its just that Im a fool sometimes
Just too blind to see
That you are always there for me
Repeat chorus x2

Between our dreams and then our lives.

There's a little place that lies
Between our dreams and then our lives
Its a place where we should always spend some time.

Its the place where lovers meet
Its the place that on the street
Separates me from simply what is mine.

Its the place where bank accounts
And concerns about amounts
Take second place to what it is that matters.

Its sometimes hidden in the mind
But its there for us to find
If we will only just stop idle chatter.

It's a place that is our own
It's been with us while we've grown
It's the inner peace within the outer wrapping.

It's not taught to you at school
And doesn't follow any rules
It's the soul we have and without which we're lacking.

In My Dreams, You Are Here

As I sleep serenely, visions of your grace
Dance in my mind, reminding me of the place
You hold in my heart-my wish for all in this world:
To see but a day of the joy that, in me, you've unfurled!

In my dreams, you are here-I encompass you in my arms-
All the while, you beguile me with your charms!
Blessed was I upon the day of our first meeting,
All days since, your heart and mine have been greeting!

Upon awakening I am reminded of our distance,
Solace is begotten though in the form of our love's persistence!
Believe you must, naught would I barter in it's stead,
Exalted am I by what, for us, is ahead!

Matters not whether dreaming or awake,
Fervor is unaltered, as is the path I shall take!

Our Dreams Within Us Start

So fragile is the mind that seeks,
A peace that seems so out of reach.
So impatient does one like this become...
When a bitterness sits,
To feel invited and welcomed.

And seeking from outside ourselves,
Is a journey never ending.
What is wished already exists.
But our hearts overlook this,
In a desperate yearning.

So fragile is the mind that seeks,
A peace that seems so out of reach.
If we just stop to quiet our desires.
We will realize we have not kindled...
A motivation to inspire,
Those dreams that are our own...
Left for someone else to come to spark!

And that is not the way,
Our dreams within us start!
So fragile is the mind that seeks,
A peace that seems so out of reach.
And we keep this seeking beseeched to plead...
To be fed!

Yet remain so out of touch!
Misunderstanding this need within us,
We can begin to feed in concentrated prayer.
If we spent more time being there,
In it!

Oh! Think Not My Spirits Are Always As Light

Oh! think not my spirits are always as light,
And as free from a pang as they seem to you now,
Nor expect that the heart-beaming smile of to-night
Will return with to-morrow to brighten my brow.
No: -- life is a waste of wearisome hours,
Which seldom the rose of enjoyment adorns;
And the heart that is soonest awake to the flowers,
Is always the first to be touch'd by the thorns.
But send round the bowl, and be happy awhile --
May we never meet worse, in our pilgrimage here,
Than the tear that enjoyment may gild with a smile,
And the smile that compassion can turn to a tear.

The thread of our life would be dark, Heaven knows
If it were not with friendship and love intertwined;
And I care not how soon I may sink to repose,
When these blessing shall cease to be dear to my mind.
But they who have loved the fondest, the purest,
Too often have wept o'er the dream they believed;
And the heart that has slumber'd in friendship securest
Is happy indeed if 'twas never deceived.
But send round the bowl; while a relic of truth
Is in man or in woman, this prayer shall be mine, --
That the sunshine of love may illumine our youth,
And the moonlight of friendship console our decline.

Your Laws Are Always Before Us

In Your works and in Your truth,
In Your ways and in Your love,
In Your words and in Your care,
In Your plans and in Your peace;
For, Your laws are always before us!
And, we have to live by them to change us positively.

Island Of Our Dreams

They say there is a magic island somewhere
where all our dreams come true.
A place where love rules
for people like me and you.
A place where peace reins
supreme for eternity.
A place out beyond
the island of our dreams.

America of Our Dreams

I am not in Africa
But Africa is in me,
Africa lies in my blood,
Where I was brought
up, amidst this rot;
This rot that had eaten deep
Into the heart of my Africa.
If we could right this wrong
Then we could make of Africa,
The America of our dreams.

Our Dreams

Your colour is red and my colour is blue,
But one day i will stop cooking and watch you at the kitchen;
And like the shepherds who never watched their flocks by night,
For the cold nights of love is with the care of our dreams!
But i can smeel a rat from afar.

Emily Dickinson

Dreams—are well—but Waking's better

450

Dreamsare well—but Waking's better,
If One wake at morn—
If One wake at Midnight—better—
Dreaming—of the Dawn—

Sweeter—the Surmising Robins—
Never gladdened Tree—
Than a Solid Dawn—confronting—
Leading to no Day—
