I Have Friends Who Can No Longer Walk

I have friends who can no longer walk
And a friend who can no longer listen to music
And friends who cannot leave the house
And two friends who will never leave the hospice
And friends no drug can completely take the pain from -

It is not good to see one's friends grow old
And become so much less than they were-

It is not good to see one's friends grow old and suffer
And be unable to help them in any real way

It is not good to be old
And see what happens to the people one knows
And wait for the inevitable to happen to oneself-

It is not good to be unable to help in any real way
The friends one cares for.

Perhaps He Can Tell Us What He Knows

If one continues to remove obstacles,
Off of one's path.
And a journey one has taken has had,
Nothing but obstructions along the way.
To make it easier for others to follow.
One day someone will ask,
To have a curiosity finally revealed.

'This path we have taken,
Seems to have been cleared...
Prior to us getting here.
Who planted the trees and flowers,
Along this path and paved it?
How can we rightfully call ourselves pioneers,
When someone else obviously...
Had to have been here before we came.'

~That's a very good question.
Let us wait until others awaken to notice.
But for now we will take the credit.
There appears to be an elderly man up ahead,
Picking weeds.
Perhaps he can tell us what he knows.
And then we can document that with re-writes.~

Heaven Can Wait....(Revised)

Heaven is the place where I want
to be when I am gone but right now...
Heaven can wait!

Heaven can wait...till I can help my sister
who got cancer, my brother who is lost in
life, my nephews and nieces who I can
be of help in terms of good advice and
financial hardships; give a lending hand
to my best friends who made me
who I am now!

Heaven can wait till I am able to
prove myself of what I want to be;
what I can be and achieve my
goals in life; help others
in varied ways in shaping them
for what they want to be with my
my hard-earned wisdom and experience!

Heaven can wait till I believe again in
Creation rather than in Evolution;
believe that there is a GOD than
convincing myself that there is None
or continuously doubt if there is One!

Heaven can wait till I find a church again
that I sincerely believe in that can give me
my last rites; a true messenger of Christ
not only of what he preaches of the Bible
but what kind of life we all should lead and
follow his example.

Heaven can wait till I fully understand
my own existence...do I exist to live or
live to exist; till I am able to comprehend
the mysterious Cycle of Life...birth and
death and the life span in-between.
What if I don’t end up in Heaven,
then I have to find out if there is such a
thing called Hell!

Heaven can wait...till I can assure and
find out for myself that I have a soul from
diehard Theologists so I can get there
or find out from brilliant Scientists that I
will decompose just like the rest of the
animals and just become part of the fertile soil.

Heaven can wait and fill that that space
for people who died because of poor health,
were in great pain and did not enjoy life;
the young ones who died because some
people are heartess; for babies whose lives
are aborted and never given chance to live.

Heaven can wait till I convince myself again
that there is Life after Death and there is
place called Heaven and a place called Hell!
If there is a Heaven...can you please wait;
and if I belong in Hell, God forgive me...
for Heaven's sake!

Who Can I Turn To?

Who can I turn to
When no body needs me
My heart wants to go
So I must know
Where my destiny leads me
With no star to guide me
No one beside me
I will go on my way
And after today
The darkness will hide me
Maybe tomorrow
I going to find what Im after
Throw out my sorrow
Beg steal or borrow
My share of laughter
With you I can cling to
I can learn too with you
Im going to emulate
Who can I turn to
If you turn away
Repeat last verse
Who can I turn to?

Of Others Who Can Locate You Anytime They Desire

All that is needed from you,
Is your presence.
And you are made to be convinced of this,
By those who sit and whittle,
Upon your empathy as they see fit.
Satisfying a need inside of you to allow it.
With a 'give-is-to-receive' attitude.

Somehow, aren't you less thrilled
And feeling insignificant...
When your needs and wishes,
Go ignored as if this is intentional?
As you question,
The response and sudden unavailability...
Of others who can locate you anytime they desire.

Who Can I Turn To

Why do we capture moments
from other people’s lives
and why do they repeat themselves
over and over again.
Why do we visualize
what happened to them.
It makes no sense at all,
but it happens to me.
Is it possible I want to be
a part of their life?
I don’t know or is it
I want to feel the hurt
and shame they felt.
Or is it as a writer
I want to use that portion from their life.
It bothers me increasingly
because who can I turn to,
to get the answer that I need?

One Who Pursues Gets Done What They Do

I choose and elect,
To do the best I can do.
Not that I believe I am the best,
At doing it.
But I like to think I am.
What would be the point to make,
If I didn't?

And why do people enter competitions?
Because they lack ambition?
I think not.
One who pursues gets done what they do!

I happen to enjoy being dragged through the mud.
And for someone with that kind of ambition...
Is not one subdued.
I suggest that as a prerequisite!
To get over any sensitivites,
Associated with a public affixed with critics.

Who can be She?

She is who toils day and night,
Enkindles lamps spreads light,
In the celestial world of minds,
Gives the blind the gift of sight.

Rills of loyalty in her heart flow,
That water gardens where roses grow,
The lovers of poesy get in hands,
Garlands of poems that ever glow.

I know not why my heart wishes to adore,
Those who dive deep and bring ashore,
Gems, pearls and the beads of thoughts,
And distribute the stones door to door.

Her mind is flamed and blood is hot,
Her efforts will cause a change a lot,
The pride of age, the guiding star,
Who can be she? Melyssa Sprott.

Who Can Explain Why We Love It

What person explain enjoy west lake good
Good scene without time
Fly canopy each chase
Greedy towards flower in drunk jade cup

Who know idle lean railing place
Fragrant grass slant ray
Water far mist small
One point Blue Isle white egret fly
Who can explain why we love it- West Lake is good.
The beautiful scene is without time,
Flying canopies chase each other,
Greedy to be among the flowers, drunk, with a jade cup.

Who can know I'm idle here, leaning on the rail.
Fragrant grass in slanting rays,
Fine mist on distant water,
One white egret flying from the Immortal Isle.

Who Can Bear in Old Age The Despair of Friends Sick and Lost?

Who can bear in old age the despair of friends sick and lost?
The endless incapacities and infirmities
That deprive us of each other as we wholly are?
Who can bear in old age the diminishing of worlds we knew
And the loss of hopes we lifetime long carried?
Who can bear in old age all these maladies of our own petty meaninglessness?

Only those who can see in the young
Something of themselves or of their own -
Only those who can find in the new generations
Dream and hope for what is yet to come-
Oh old old souls
Speak of your children and grandchildren shamelessly,
They are the light of the world.

Who Can See It

Ive been held up,
Ive been run down
I can see quite clearly now
Through those past years,
When I played towing the line.
I only ask, that what I feel,
Should not be denied me now,
As its been earned, and
I have seen my life belongs to me
My love belongs to who can see it
Ive lived in fear,
Ive been out there,
Ive been round and
Seen my share
Of this sad world
And all the hate,
That its stirred
I only ask,
That what I know,
Should not be denied me now
As its been learned,
And I have seen my life belongs to me
My love belongs to who can see it
I only ask, that what I feel,
Should not be denied me now
As its been earned, and
I have seen my life belongs to me
My love belongs to who can see it.
My love belongs to who . . .

Who Can I Turn To?

If only i could stand
On my own two feet
Oh honey, then i'd know
Life could be so sweet
Someone to drive
Someone to blame
Someone to rush through my veins
Someone to wash it all away
* who can i turn to now
If not you, tell me
Who can i turn to
If not you
If i could get
What i want for free
Then i wouldn't have to borrow
Take a tranquilliser
From your limousine driver
Before we crash into tomorrow
Someone to love
Someone to hold me
Someone so courageous
Someone to drag me in from the cold
(* repeat 3 times)
Who can i turn to (tell me who)
Who's gonna be there (if not you)
Tell me who (tell me)
Tell me who (tell me)
Tell me who
Tell me who can i turn to
(if not you)
Ooh (tell me who)
You've got to, you've got to
Tell me who

Who Can I Turn To

(bricusse / newley)
Who can I turn to
When nobody needs me?
My heart wants to know
And so I must go
Where destiny leads me
With no star to guide me
And no-one beside me
Ill go on my way
And after the day
The darkness will hide me
And maybe tomorrow
Ill find what Im after
Ill throw off my sorrow
Beg, steal or borrow
My share of laughter
With you I could learn to
With you on a new day
But who can I turn to if you turn away?
Oh, oh, yeah
With no star to guide me
And nobody beside me
Ill go on my way and after the day
The darkness will hide me
And maybe tomorrow
Im gonna find what Im after
Ill throw off my sorrow
Beg, steal or borrow
My share of laughter

Heaven Can Wait

(eric carmen)
I was livin for tomorrow
Hangin on from day to day
Tired of chasin a dream
That so constantly seemed
To just slip away
Oh, now that Ive found a love thats forever
Heaven can wait till then
Oh, at last I can see how sweet love can be
So if its not too late
Heaven can wait
Life is short, my darlin
But tomorrow come what may
You are here in my heart
And thats something that no one can take away
Oh, now that Ive found a love thats forever
Heaven can wait till then
Oh, at last I can see how sweet love can be
So if its not too late
Heaven can wait
Oh, now that Ive found a love thats forever
Heaven can wait till then
Oh, at last I can see how sweet love can be
So if its not too late
Heaven can wait
Heaven can wait
Heaven can wait
Heaven can wait

Who Can I Run To?

Verse one:
(latocha):
As I stand here contemplating,
On the right thing to decide.
Will I take the wrong direction,
All my life, where will I go,
What lies ahead of me?
(tamika):
I have strong determination,
And Im not afraid of change.
I have yet to find that someone,
Who would care to satisfy me,
To stay right by me.
Chorus:
Who can I run to,
To share this empty space?
Who can I run to,
When I need love?
Who can I run to,
To fill this empty space with laughter?
Who can I run to,
When I need love?
Verse two:
(tiny):
And my mind is so confusing,
Who would be that special one?
Everyday Im trying to find you,
All along, Ive got to know,
Is there a place for me?
(latocha):
I know love has many names,
And a message very clear.
All it takes is time and patience,
To bring you near,
But look at me, tell me
Repeat chorus

Can You Hear What Im Say

The world is precious, a gift to you and me
I suggest we treat her right, with love and dignity
Everybodys looking for some peace of mind
If you seek the truth then you will surely find
Everybody wants to have global peace
While the press of a button can shake the world to its knees
Chorus:
Can you hear what Im saying, can you hear what Im saying
There are those who say might is right, I beg to disagree
I say we all unite and redirect our destiny
Everybodys looking for a quick solution
Our lungs are chocking from beathing air polution
I say put down your guns and stop the revolution
I say its time we make a restitution, yes
Chorus - can you hear me now
Chorus repeats 2x
Can you hear me now, I am calling out to you
(can you hear me calling out to you, can you hear me calling out to you)
Theres so much starvation, so much say untruth
So much prejudice, theres so much liquidation - oh how long, how long
Can you hear what Im saying
Africa, america, eurasia, latin africa

Who can weigh love?

Light. Lightness. Light-heartedness.
Who can measure their measureless weight?

On the kitchen scales, we balance
weight against weight; but how different
the substances - on the one scale,
iron weights with their iron discipline
maintain like monks and nuns their constancy;

on the other scale, perhaps fine flour,
poured as bakers recommend, from a height
to catch the air between the grains; a foretaste
of that greater levity that yeast will bring;

Lorenzo de’ Medici, praising publicly his tutor,
Marsilio Ficino, said of him, that one thing in him which he loved
was that in his speech, gravity was mixed with levity,
and levity, with gravity;

what then, of our substance? In the lightness
of our being, then how bright the light! And in
the dark and heavy days, what lightness of the light may lurk
in melancholia – a yeast of wisdom yet to act?

And then – there’s love…its golden weightiness
so full of light; and hammered out and spread,
the brighter then…oh, who can measure out
the lightness, brightness, of our joy? What golden scales
of justice, mercy, grace,
may weigh the shining of a shining face?

Who Can Define Nibiru Meanings?

Who can define the plough star's
previous recorded crossings
who can define Nibiru meanings?

Is it possible for us to know about
the Destroyer's previous solar flybys
with any great degree of certainty?

crossings crossing
maker crossing points
Gilgamesh in epic

for gateway sought

'straight is the crossing point'
narrow the way that leads
Assur the boatman charges

'silver for the crossing fees'

'The Arameans were defiant
took up position at the entrance
to the... gate, crossing point'.

let the texts tell you what Nibiru is

Sumerians Mesopotamians
associated heavenly bodies with deities
the cuneiform sign for Dingir 'god'

the cuneiform sign for 'neberu' star
ancient near eastern scholars identified
stars planets as gods deified beings

numerical Sumerian reference number signs

Nibiru planet Jupiter once Mercury
god Marduk a star tri-fold four fold references
Nibiru is cometh within Pluto orbit

'He (Marduk) set fast the position
of to fix their (stars) bounds'
'let Nibiru be the holder of the crossing

place of the heaven and of the earth'
'Nibiru is his (Marduk's) star, which
he made appear in the heavens'

'the red star which stands in the south
after the gods of the night (the stars)
have been finished, dividing the sky in

half, this star is Nibiru (Marduk)

'When the stars of Enlil have been finished,
one big star - although its light is dim - divides
the sky in half and stands there: that is the star

of Marduk, Nibiru, Jupiter; it keeps changing

its position and crosses the sky'
Nibiru, the merciful Marduk
Sumero-Akkadian cuneiform texts

present 'crossing' 'dividing' a star, a god,
as either Jupiter Marduk; Mercury or both.
Who can reveal explain these meanings?

Nibiru, a brown dwarf star, crosses
first past Jupiter, then inside Mercury
on its inward path around sol our sun

then back out again a 3600 year orbit
