There's No Photo Finish Needed

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Who has succeeded.
For the one...
Undefeated.
For the one...
Who has completed,
Passing tests with peace of mind.
And doing this from time to time.

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Who has succeeded.
For the one...
Undefeated.
For the one...
Who has completed,
Passing tests with peace of mind.
And doing this from time to time.

Standing tall from a crawling done...
And doing this from time to time.
Walking while some others run.
And doing this from time to time,
Unsure what doing this would find.

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Who has succeeded.
For the one...
Undefeated.
For the one...
Who has completed,
Passing tests with peace of mind.
And doing this from time to time.
Unsure what doing this would find.
While others rush to a finish line.

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Who has succeeded.

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Undefeated.

There's no photo finish needed,
For the one...
Who has completed,
Passing tests with peace of mind.

More Exams Please

I am super crazy about the school exams
For I think they don’t let my grey cells jam
And what makes me sad is that they are few and far
The new board rule of a few exams is so bizarre
Everything we do should be evaluated and tested
If fact there should be a test on sleeping too
So that I enjoy the task and don’t feel depreciated
What fun tests are, all the weekly, monthly, bi yearly, yearly and of course the surprise tests!
My life is full of tests in the school, in the tuition cases, and the tests in judo and guitar classes just adds to the fests.
What more can a child ask for but, evaluated every second of their life for everything they do
Hey how about exam on breathing, eating and even smiling
Can’t wait can you?
And since we are on the topic of education can someone increase the load of homework too?

Nuclear Testing

Nuclear tests in the Marshall Islands
Nuclear tests in the Soviet`s Kazakhstan
A mushroom of clouds
from the ground and the ocean
leaves a never ending legacy
of disfigured faces,
of mothers with jellyfish babies
of graves from cancerous tumors
in the human bodies,
and the continuing horror
of the rays of atomic tests.

Nuclear test in its horror
and legacy will forever dwell
in the memory of our fragile humanity.

Upwardly MobileBreasts

Upwardly mobile breasts
link together East and West,
occupying cyberspace
to tease, to please, as they unbrace -
spring feeding fantasy oppressed -
that gravity which, second-guessed,
would temper passions. These, apace,
grow, flow with honey, milk, chased chaste.

Man, mammal mammary obsessed,
manhandles, memory manifests
'I' level interest interface_
_sings [t]issues in both good, poor taste,
can't displace attention best
focused elsewhere, soul possessed
by magnet tandem ride, slim waist,

upwardly mobile, undepressed.
D stands for Double bubble laced,
succulence symetric spaced
to dot eyes until life’s digressed
by bridal bridle, dispossessed.

Upwardly mobile breasts -
down and out, or corset pressed,
pear or apple pair set pace.
Fancy free, corset compressed
holding out or, on request,
outstanding assets in life's quest.
'Eye...cons' which, since time, showcased,
imagination ever graced.

Man, mental midget, seems impressed
by mammoth mountains, curves which crest
from chest to rib-cage, touching base
with fancy's fables few detest.
Fun bags balloon 'bove Everest,
peak projections never rest,
[c]rush hour preoccupations taste
angst lest dream disintegrates.

Upwardly mobile breasts -
in the pink, admired with zest, -
swift soar above the commonplace,
'To wit' says one, 'To woo I'll case
the joint to free restraints! ' 'Obsessed! '
replies the other, 'feathered nest.'
Some, spread, taut drawn to taunt Time's haste,
lest silly cones should run to waste.

Oh Where, Oh Where is the Family Physician

Whatever happened
To the family physician?

His genial compassionate
Demeanour had a placebo effect,
And you felt at ease
In his presence.
You were half cured
By his kind words.
He could diagnose
By studying your pulse.
He really had the
Touch of a magician.

Now there is
A specialist for every part
Of your anatomy.
When unwell
You go to see him.
Without looking you
In the eye,
He will ask you
What brings you by?

In a tone
Devoid of emotion,
Says we’ll investigate
And do some tests.
When you are done
And armed with a file
Go back and wait for your turn.
Feeling tense and fragile.

After going through your file,
He looks at you with disdain in his eyes.
Everything is fine,
It’s just in your mind.
And scribbles
A prescription in his illegible hand
For sedatives,
And advice to make life style changes.
Exasperated
You look for alternatives.

I suspect even if they have a clue,
It’s a simple case of flu,
They send you for tests
As they get handsome cuts from labs.

DREAMWORKS
Eyes saw reflection Monday, when World War II was won,
emerging, letters learning, to betters bowed, begun
a journey spread like butter upon life’s bread, which seems
to be about to stutter before landlord of dreams.

Eye Tuesday schooled, life's masquerade began to understand
how letters strung together rung bells brain took in hand,
soft strength no bitter toil required to channel patterned streams,
blood flood no rudder needed to feed forever's dreams.

Eyes which advanced one Wednesday upon emotions’ tide
to woo, to win, together, as groom to beauty bride,
felt joys would last for ever, like strawberries and cream,
tapped hope's sap, never'd sever eternity from dreams.

Eyes which in turn one Thursday sired fruit so well desired,
who queried much, yet stayed untouched by vain ambitions tired,
felt feelings frank, not clever, that seek 'together's' gleams,
to sow, reap, harvest, gather the essence of shared dreams.

Eyes which Friday celebrate, see seed to stripling strong
stretch skywards, never hesitate, sift just from wrong's pronged tongs,
subjective views eliminate, zest tests through searchlight beams,
shows all may know glow grows, fair flows, to feed tomorrow’s dreams.

Eyes weary on this Saturday sense Winter drawing near,
reach through rhyme’s interplay to transmit loud and clear
before Time’s ‘weak~end’ weather may ravage, mock soul’s gleams,
this theme: ~ that one should never compromise on dreams.

Eyes which one Sunday may pass away, life legacy would leave:
ideals unbetrayed, pray none know poison, prison, grieve.
Life's cycle turns as candle burns, warms all within its beams, ~
road cats' eyes snake, make no mistake, tomorrow takes your dreams...

Laying down the Psalms

The book sags open on my lap
as I cease reading, stare into blind space,
gaze into a history that answers not;
lost in the troubles of an ancient people
whose hearts are not, yet could be mine..

I need to talk to the Psalmist: now:
for I cannot carry all this burden;
for despite the burning poetry of faith,
my ears, my mind, my heart
find neither mercy nor sweet justice
running to you, arms outstretched, …

this God of sin, of wrath and retribution
whom you seek to appease, to praise,
to beg support of, against those enemies
who will never let you live in peace,
who afflict your soul, steal the sacred tents you pitch
beside sweet waters and the grazing flock…

this God who seems to have a personal interest
in putting your nation through tests, more tests,
like twisted cloths slapped on flat wet stones
beside the black river of sadness by women without hope –

this God to whom you raise despairing hands,
cry prayers, shout to the skies, list grievances –

can this God be – as wise Greeks say He is –
a god who ever lives, sleeps, wakes,
within your very heart – not in some vague
somewhere way out there…

or as the wise Hindus say He is –
the very same within you as He is ‘out there’? …

and so, is all your raw outpouring of the human heart
an artifice, formality, figure of a poet’s speech…
you, knowing all too well that by this means
you call upon those vast reserves of human spirit
deep, deep inside your very self; from where,
eternal springs of healing mercy
pour like rushing waterfalls of love,
like the tender-guarded flock of sheep
who graze the grass of peace..
who never fails to hear, closer, so much closer
than the skies whose very fabric now you rend
with cries that sound so fruitless…
closer, close; for He’s your very self? …

EU Farmers Demand German E-Coli Reparation

Germany played Spanish cucumbers

misdiagnosed source of mass E-Coli outbreak
spread alarm among Europe’s public damaged
European wide agriculture sector but outbreak

let us stress that the E-Coli outbreak is limited
geographically to the area surrounding the city

action on panic wide continental European level

they had got it wrong; but poor Spain relies;
heavily on farm exports Germany had Spain

but oh no no no bean sprout tests came back negative

should someone not stress; it is crucial that national

analysis; dudes as it spreads unjustified fears to ears

scares populations all over Europe creates problems
for our food producers selling products in market EU
even outside the EU it scares Russian dancing bears
therefore while intensive investigations are ongoing

should not German officials take a little care to be
careful not to make premature veggie conclusions
singling out Germany's actions in describing bean
sprouts as the likely source before laboratory tests

had been completed is a damming fools indictment
sales of salad vegetables plummeted across Europe

HE or S HE!

If someone is full of love and constant care,
He wouldn't have given the human the tests,
Tests of various kinds, a few without food,
To check how they stay calm hiding their weep,
With acidic stomachs, torn clothes and top,
Sometimes He shows His only eye wide open,
Torching all greens and makes the beasts thirsty,
Tests not only for the human, even for plants and animals,
After testing He may be sad to cry loud,
Changing elixir into the stormy waves,
When He is in a very bad mood,
He punches the mother earth with all His might,
Our earthly mother suffers not in silence,
but Vomit the lava with regurgitating movement,
The way He plays with the air, water, fire,
And earth may be fun to Him, but not to us,
We are the only species in the whole of universe,
Worship the tormentor, who test us with hard lessons,
Every second of our life, when He is quite and happy,
She provides everything what we need as a mother,
Asks us many times whether we have our meals or not,
Makes us to wear perfect attires for her amusement,
Gives us luxury to plunge and then go back to her lap,
As the kids, Let Her learn the secret of how not to let,
The He out of her to torture and test us day and night.

No More Homework, No More Tests

(I was going through my cousins papers after he died and found this. I decided to put this up here today... he left all his works of peoetry to me and some of them we wrote together. I may start to put up some of his poetry on here, i dunno.)

No more homework! No more tests!
We the students of the USA certainly agree,
That’s that the thing for me.
Now I am elected,
To tell you all,
It was a all around vote, we all defiantly agree,
That no more homework, no more tests,
Are the things for us students you see.
We already learn, and (devote) we hope, hours of our time.
So I hope you can agree and certainly see the point we are making.
Less grading for you, more fun for us,
So please, we beg you,
No more homework! No more tests!

Tests And Homework And Quizzes AND SCHOOL

You know that if there was one thing,
That you could take from school,
It wouldn't be art or math or history,
It would be work.

Those ugly things you want to blow up,
and smash,
and burn,
and crinkle,
and rip,
and tear,
and throw out.

Those things that make you have to remember,
all the stuff you learned before,
and to study, study, study,
'till your eyes fall out.

“Oh, sorry I wasn't paying attention”
and
'Did we learn this? '
never helps when the test monster gives you the paper, And wishes you well.

But you know she doesn't mean that.
She doesn't want us to do good,
she just wants us to hurry so she can give us another test.

And then it's June!
Good that the year's almost over,
But bad 'cause........
FINAL EXAMS

Oh no! ! !
The mother of all tests,
And what did you say? We have to take more than one!
I'm done for.

Your sitting there,
hand clenched on the pencil,
face sweating,
and then BINGO!
You get the answer.

You jump up and scream,
in the silent classroom.

You shout out with joy 'cause they’re all over.
No more exams, or quizzes, or tests, or homework.

You bring up you paper and sit back down.

The Only Beast Out Here Is You

You throw on the floor what you don't need anymore
And toss them like a stone, never mind the broken bones.
Justify the senseless death with a false sense of accomplishment,
You found a way to turn blood gold, murder’s always best served cold

You’re sick, twisted, depraved
With your clever word games,
They’re just like us, but not enough
That’s how you justify the tests
That’s how you justify the deaths
Say they’re all just mindless beasts
But you don’t see the irony
Face it cuz you know it’s true
The only beast out here is you

It’s simplified design, no hidden message in the rhyme
Lead them to the slaughter, spill their blood upon the altar
Take the lives that can’t defend, and break the ones you cannot bend
You found a way to get rich off this, bleed them dry to make a profit

You’re sick, twisted, depraved
With your clever word games,
They’re just like us, but not enough
That’s how you justify the tests
That’s how you justify the deaths
Say they’re all just mindless beasts
But you don’t see the irony
Face it cuz you know it’s true
The only beast out here is you

You think to keep the wolves at bay
With all the clever things you say
Manipulate the public state
By filling up their dinner plates
Murder whets their appetites
Yet they lose no sleep at night

You’re sick, twisted, depraved
With your clever word games,
They’re just like us, but not enough
That’s how you justify the tests
That’s how you justify the deaths
Say they’re all just mindless beasts
But you don’t see the irony
Face it cuz you know it’s true
The only beast out here is you

Tests are a gift. And great tests are a great gift. To fail the test is a misfortune. But to refuse the test is to refuse the gift, and something worse, more irrevocable, than misfortune.

The fact that we don't keep repeating tests in the same arena is not because the probability of the hypothesis showing its falsity in other arenas goes up after it has passed tests in one arena.

Be Sweet to Bunnies this Easter

Remember on your chocolate feaster
Be sweet to bunnies this Easter

NB
Many people don't know that some of the most popular brands such as Colgate/Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, and L'Oreal fund cruel and unnecessary tests that burn, poison, and kill millions of animals every year. You can help to convince these companies to quickly adopt
humane alternatives to animal tests by demanding that animal tested cosmetics be banned

Experience This

The experience I hold fastens on,
I would like to now climb and pass
The tests of time, the very tests are mine.

Pay for the travellers of space,
Play with sleep up till this date,
May we sit and reply to the innocence.

Preventing us making disorder is the reality
We have to love and cherish,
Performing delivers results.

My Test

My fault lies in the tests not passed,
On the relics I have inscribed my answers
To the tests of my life.
For this the tremendous work has believed
Going with a success,
But this has only beaten everyone,
Only everyone has been subjugated
And all have destroyed the destroyed.
Whoever failed the test has been annexed,
For me, they are conquered by it.

Best Friend Around

Your eyes say it all
Says your silent sigh
Through the day and nightfall
The sufferings under the sky!
Reflects your face
The apathy of earthmen
That tests your muteness
Tests limit of your pain!
You are loyal you abide
Break yet never bend
In life's uneven ride
Man's best friend!

Time Tests Measures Love Which Endures

time tests measures
love which endures
life clever twists tests
life weighs lovers hearts

'I love you' is an expression of love
'I love you' is testament in DNA time
'I love you' echoes to core of essence
'I love you' as an over used pick up line

'I will' is an intriguing question
'I will' is sealed sacred vow spoken
'I will' is love committed not broken
