An Abc Of Inner Peace

Inner peace is effortless, as it’s always there within.
One just has to see it.

And once one truly sees this inner peace – not with words or just

A mind dosn't rest

Why it happens all the time that mind doesn't rest?
Why all the time you try to come out as best?
Why you are on move and under going severe test?
Is life is made adventurous and differ from the rest?

Yes, it has to offer many explanations
There may not be startling revelations
It may have direct bearing on our relation
It puzzles everybody and posing a big question

We are human beings and attached with the sentiments
We get infuriated even with slight adverse comments
We settle it as quickly as possible and align with movement
We surprise them with our action and score at right moment

This is how we react angrily at our adversary
We go on planning for days and waste time unnecessary
We try to sooth it out but ill feelings still carry
This adds to tension and worry

We have revengeful attitude go for reprisal
We don’t wait satisfactory answer's arrival
We make hunt and go for immediate revenge
The defeat is taken as humiliation and wants to avenge

Good people may not opt for “tit for tat” attitude
This speaks of his sick mental status which some magnitude
Something forces him to act in haste
Life totally becomes different in taste

The bad company makes lot of impression
That is clearly seen and observed in your expression
You may cling to your ideas and suffer with obsession
You may not feel happiness even with nice possession

You may go in for quick retaliation on adversary
You may also not think it is necessary
Mind will remain occupied most of the time with rage
Body will be shaking in disbelief and unable to manage

We need complete balance of mind to live with peace
If we can succeed then it may help to reduce the tension and miss
It may take off our mind to another direction and rest
It may give momentary relief in mind at least

Revenge is not best form to show the strength
You can win adversary with friendly wave length
You can take personal ego one side and show some gesture
It may help to reduce tension in future

Human beings are always hunted by the tension
They confine it to themselves and fear its mention
Tension and peace can’t remain one and go together
Mad race after oasis water to collect more and gather

What do we get after relentless struggle and efforts?
Does that help to build confidence and good rapports?
Without good will how ships can make courtesy call at ports?
How can it survive without the popular support?

What leads to an uncommon sufferings and tragedy?
Why all off sudden life takes turn and looks like comedy?
Do we not become laughing stock in public eyes?
There may remain many “if, but and why”

It is definitely greed that brings us down
Many people turn hostile and frown
It is our own dong and can’t blame others
Unnecessary thought may invade and continuously bother

When hasty decision and unwise steps are taken?
The outcome of its ultimate end is mistaken
We feel inching toward the realization of goal
It proves contrary and results in down fall

It is running after unrealistic pleasure
It may give momentary relief and never reassure
All steps taken are not for sure
The intension is not honest and pure

It is bound to suffer at the end
There won’t be left any time to mend
There may be same attitude from foe or friend
No one may come forward with kind words and send

It is said “wish “is mother of all ills
It raises men’s status on top or kills
It gives rise to unforeseen events
One has to prepare one’s self for unhealthy comments

It gives rise to unhealthy competition
A person throws all his might behind superstitions
It may lead to nowhere but to gallows
It may invite problems if he doesn’t follow

Honest intention coupled with efforts lead to peace
The things can be attained with accuracy and at ease
The efforts can be stalled but can’t cease
It may find its outcome soon to release

Margrave

On the small marble-paved platform
On the turret on the head of the tower,
Watching the night deepen.
I feel the rock-edge of the continent
Reel eastward with me below the broad stars.
I lean on the broad worn stones of the parapet top
And the stones and my hands that touch them reel eastward.
The inland mountains go down and new lights
Glow over the sinking east rim of the earth.
The dark ocean comes up,
And reddens the western stars with its fog-breath
And hides them with its mounded darkness.

The earth was the world and man was its measure, but our minds
have looked
Through the little mock-dome of heaven the telescope-slotted
observatory eyeball, there space and multitude came in
And the earth is a particle of dust by a sand-grain sun, lost in a
nameless cove of the shores of a continent.
Galaxy on galaxy, innumerable swirls of innumerable stars, endured
as it were forever and humanity
Came into being, its two or three million years are a moment, in
a moment it will certainly cease out from being
And galaxy on galaxy endure after that as it were forever . . .
But man is conscious,
He brings the world to focus in a feeling brain,
In a net of nerves catches the splendor of things,
Breaks the somnambulism of nature . . . His distinction perhaps,
Hardly his advantage. To slaver for contemptible pleasures

Consciousness? The learned astronomer
Analyzing the light of most remote star-swirls
Has found them-or a trick of distance deludes his prism-
All at incredible speeds fleeing outward from ours.
I thought, no doubt they are fleeing the contagion
Of consciousness that infects this corner of space.

For often I have heard the hard rocks I handled
Groan, because lichen and time and water dissolve them,
And they have to travel down the strange falling scale
Of soil and plants and the flesh of beasts to become
The bodies of men; they murmur at their fate
In the hollows of windless nights, they'd rather be anything
Than human flesh played on by pain and joy,
They pray for annihilation sooner, but annihilation's
Not in the book yet.

So, I thought, the rumor
Of human consciousness has gone abroad in the world,
The sane uninfected far-outer universes
