Violation
A lone carnation stands,
Symbolically,
in remembrance of a
Fleeting memory.
The moment passed with the
Speed of Time's passing
And the colour
Blossoms in violation to the
Memory. The love is floundering
Whilst the growth of the
Single
Carnation is not retarded,
Drawing on its natural
Resources,
allowing the gentle seduction
of the plant to stimulate
An already flagging memory.
