Snowbow
A pitter-patter of flakey snow
North-eastern winds whip past and blow
No moisture in the air; a steady flow
Enough surely to make a snowbow?
Hurry up, look out toward the west
At the snowbow hanging in the sky
You'll be amazed at the reason why.
Windy days and snow combined is best
Always cause further flurries to fly
Reflecting back on cloudbanks up high
Drifts of pure snow tied in a bow.
