She Is, He Is
She is a skyscraper in a bustling city
And as sweet as candy in a baby’s hand.
She is a cheetah in the savanna
And as keen as a chimpanzee.
She is the grace of the morning sunrise,
And as thin as a twig,
But she is sad,
Sad,
So sad.
Her loneliness consumes her.
He is the giant in a fairytale,
And as caring as a mother bird.
He is a race car on the speedway,
And as sharp as a pencil.
He is the prince in the story,
And as silly as a clown,
But he is sad,
Sad,
So sad.
His loneliness consumes him.
