New Identity
Destined to fight fear
She strides with pride.
Lightened by the full moon
Her head held high.
Nothing will stop her
In this brutal life.
Her eyes now swing with laughter
Blocking the gloom that they've seen.
Escaping the darkness
While waking the dormant happiness.
She is no longer a victim
Power is her new identity.
