Crawling in the dark,
Pieces and fragments of emotions,
Form fantasies that are more than memories,
Tears of yesterday illuminate the ground,
Gradually moving forward,
and sick of hanging on,
It was all about you,
but it's my turn now.

Losing my grip on reality,
Maybe it's time,
to finally awake,
and face the music.
No one can replace you,
From the bottom of my heart,
I know you're good enough for me.
But I deserve better,
If only it wasn't all about you,
You would say the same.

So without a fight,
You're up and gone,
Escaped from my open arms,
Running in the same direction,
Tired of singing our song.
I thought you were the one,
But you were never there,
So you left unaffected,
Stuck without a voice.
To be with you,
I'll give it all back,
but it's too little too late.
Inside of you,
You're waiting,
but I've already disappeared.
