Little Light
There exists in us a little light
In some, very faint, in some, very bright
My little light now yearns
It pulses with my beat
It makes me write these lines
And it makes me shift my feet
The light burns holes that it will fill
And with my soul, a pulse, a quill
I let my light shine toward your eyes
In hopes that it will show me the way
To your little light
