Momma's trying
Inside she has a good heart
on the outside she is torn apart
Little girl, dont worry
You've got a grandma that loves you
and no matter what you do
she'll always love you, its true
Little girl, keep your head up high
and always look people in the eye
little girl, dont give up
and even when your prayers arent answered
dont forget god's there
and believe me he cares
Little girl, whenever things get tough
dont think you got it rough
Realize that life's real
and not a fairy tale
and when you fall in love
make sure you know what you feel
because love is a one time deal
