Inspirational
All these years I've spent without you
physically in my life, but you clearly are
an inspiration. Lately I've tried to be
what you were and what your spirit still
is.
For awhile all I thought was I needed
a welcoming smile and strong will to
be like you. I sooned learned what a
beautiful and open heart, mind, and
soul that was to follow. Nobody had
a heart as big as yours, a mind as
intelligent, or a soul so stricking and
hopeful.
To this day I pray I am taking something
I've learned from you and turn it to good.
Forever you will always be my constant
inspiration, my shelter through the rain,
and the one whose love I will forever feel.
