I NEVER Did Give Up!

Your thoughts are a little hazey
but you vision things so clear
your hearts pounding crazy
as you wipe one more tear

you think of ways to hide
you think of every scheme
could this just be another ride
or a very vivid dream

you try to run away
but the feelings bring you back
you listen to what they say
but your life starts to slack

your heart cracks in two
youve cried up all your tears
your face is turning blue
as you look upon these years

you can only see her hurt
when the light hits just right
your feeling low like dirt
and your dreams are out of sight

you laugh with all your friends
and you dont know why they cant see
the hurting never ends
i guess god wanted it to be

a little girl was lost
on an evening of july
the pain is her cost
and her wishes are to die

but she never did give up
she fights it to this day
as she holds up her cup
she knows just what to say

' Im still living with my fear
of what happened in july
my memories are dear
and im trying not to cry'

'dont give up your dreams
becasue some one brought you down
fight together as teams
and dont let me see you frown'
