Fighting Fate
I have gone through
This life of mine
Trying and trying
To fight my own fate.
I have only failed
A couple of times
To change my own destiny
In this life of mine.
This fate that is mine
It's not that fine
Although I have to keep trying
It can be so very annoying.
I know that right now
I cannot stop
This one great act
Of fighting fate.
